Great hotel for the price.

Great hotel for the price. The only drawback was that they had no airport shuttle. I should have checked first.

Pleasant stay.

Posted Apr 20, 2014
Pros: It was clean, convienient very close to the sports complex and dinning areas.
Cons: Room was to be non smoking. Someone had smoked in the bathroom or the vent was allowing smoke int. Not sure.
Location: Sports complex, dining and shopping.
Room was clean except for it did smell like someone had smoked in the bathroom. Front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful. The free breakfast has large variety of items to choose from. We would stay again. Pool area was small and too warm and humid. Needed some ventilation.

Another nice stay!

This is our third stay at Sleep Inn in Pasco. Each time, a clean and comfortable room. Rates have gone up since the remodel, but still not bad for amenities. Finally got a chance to sample the breakfast buffet, it was fresh and plentiful. Real food, not just cereal and toast. Coffee wasn't half bad either! We will continue to stay here on our biannual trips to the TriCities.

Quiet, nice neighborhood

Stayed here for two nights on business. Close to the interstate and to the location of my seminar. Clean hotel. Looks like it was recently remodeled. Good breakfast spread. One thing that would improve the hotel would be an airport shuttle. It's so close to the airport, that seems like it should be a given for this location.

Nice place to stay

Posted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: Everything. Staff was awesome and the rooms were very clean and it was the first time I used a hotel bathroom and didn't feel dirty.
Cons: Only knock was that the a/c couldn't keep up with how cold we like it.
We stopped there on a trip and were pleasantly greeted by a helpful and very friendly staff member. They help us fix the issue that expedia has done and took care of everything. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel

The Sleep Inn is a nice mid-range hotel. The price was a little steeper than you might expect but there was a soccer tournament in town and it seemed all hotels had higher than normal prices. The hotel has a very good breakfast--even better than a Hampton in most cases. The bathroom was tiny (no bathtub) with the sink outside the shower/toilet area, but it was definitely adequate. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk was very helpful. Allowed a late checkout which really helped us out! We will be back when in the Tri-Cities.

Cory at your front desk was great. He arranged to put my girlfriend and I in rooms close to each other so we could be closer to her daughter. We were very impressed with Cory, your hotel was very nice, and it was reasonably priced. We'll see you next time!
