Floor hasn’t been swept in a while and walked into the room and it smelled like a Newport Factory had just got done testing all cigarettes in the facility. I had to open up the window for about a hour to get the smell out.

They charged my room the same day. The bathtub has blaxk spots around it that should be fixed. I had an emergency and has to leave one day before. The manager Mr. PATEL told me he gladly would give me a refund but since i booked with a third party they should process.it. Expedia called him and.he denied the refund.

It was fine except the fridge didn’t work. Since the over night stay I’ve been itchy and noticing places on me. Not sure if it’s connected but wasn’t happening until after the stay. I did check for bugs and didn’t see any. Over all it provided what we needed for the night. Staff is nice

The overwhelming smell of patchouli in the halls and Marijuana in the stairwells. I am sensitive to smells and the odors gave me a headache all weekend. Luckily we were just there to sleep and rest so we weren't in our room for any extent of time. And the housekeeper came 2 hours before checkout to clean our room. Leaving us feeling rushed to leave. The breakfast was just boiled eggs and Twinkies. Some bagels or pastries would have been nice and not too expensive to have for guests.
