Hotel was good, all basic services covered with considerate reception staff. Good location for our needs, would recommend to friends looking for convenience.

Adequate but not greatPosted Jun 25, 2014
The best thing was the concierge and staff, they were terrific. The hotel was a bit dingy, small no wifi that worked, overall not great. Central location. It was fine for what we needed.

Great LocationPosted Jun 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
I found the hotel to be close to many things, including the Central Station for trains and buses. Easy walking distance to the main shopping and eating streets and squares and the waterfront. I did find the bed to be very firm and that is NOT my preference. So if that bothers you please be aware.

Lovely, traditional, close to station & piersPosted Sep 14, 2013
Pros: Condition, location, cost-effectiveness.
Cons: Internet access - apparently there were three wireless services but I could not access them.
Location: Walk along the quay & watch the world go by at the Piazza Unita. The Museo Revoltella is revelatory - a modern art collection and preserved townhouse.
I enjoyed my stay. The room was well-equipped, very pleasant, and the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. It's close to the main sights in Trieste. Breakfast was comprehensive. It was excellent value for money.
