Convient Location & Great View!Posted Apr 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
The proprietors of the hotel are wonderful!! The guesthouse is kept very tidy and there is a stunning view of the mountains from the balcony. It is quiet and peaceful at night and the most conveniently located to the monasteries. Breakfast was served to us and there was toasted cheese and turkey sandwiches, bread, jam, juice, yoghurt, and coffee. The owners have wonderful hospitality. They speak mostly German & Greek and a little English. I would love to return here again. There are restaurants in easy walking distance of the hotels.

Not bad, awesome hosts and good breakfastPosted Nov 18, 2012 on Hotels.com
We booked this place because we thought it had good views of the monasteries in Meteora. However, we reached later at night and so couldn't see any views and also it was a rainy day so left early :( but not dings on view because of that - AMAZING BREAKFAST and freshly prepared by the hosts. The hosts are a german couple and very friendly and super nice... the room and the hotel overall was fine - clean but OK.. Also, a bit far from the other taverna's and activity area of the town. We would recommend staying closer to the city and taverna's instead of this far.

Beautiful View, Fantastik Service!!Posted Aug 20, 2012 on Hotels.com
The hotel is run by a lovely couple. The gentleman speaks Greek and some German and his wife speaks fluent German and fluent Greek. They speak a few words in English. The very clean rooms have a modern bathroom and a lovely view of the mountain sides. Breakfast is simple and good with yoghurt and honey, jam, bread, toasted bread with ham and cheese, coffee, juice, and water. You can sit on the terrace or enjoy the meal inside and it is served to you. By car, the hotel is not far from the monestaries. There are a few restaurants and cafes accessible by foot. WONDERFUL SERVICE BY THE OWNERS!!

Lovely, quiet hotel with picturesque viewsPosted Apr 22, 2012 on Hotels.com
The guesthouse owner and his wife are lovely. I spoke German and my husband spoke Greek to them because they don't speak English. They were very helpful giving us directions to the hotel and were extremely helpful. They served a good breakfast with coffee and juice. We had amazing views of the surrounding mountainside and we had several amazing restaurants close distance to the guesthouse. I would certainly stay here again. = )

total satisfactionPosted Mar 7, 2012
Pros: close to the monasteries, restaurants, off road parking, helpful hosts and clean
Cons: no hook to hang the shower head on
Location: superb for either walking or driving into the hills
We spent three nights here and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The only time we used the car was when we left.Safe off road parking.Restaurants walk able.We visited all six visiting monasteries and some we couldn't enter. The hosts offered advice in where to find valley walking tracks and of course to top it off the weather was perfect with snow on the surrounding mountains. Barry and Pauline

The best place and the closest one to the entrancePosted Feb 7, 2012 on Hotels.com
My son and I stayed here in January when it was very very quiet because it was rather chilly, but the hotel was warm and had a very nice fire burning in the lounge/breakfast room. The owners were very helpful and friendly, and the owner even played chess with my 14 yr old (who didn't really know how to play that well!). The view was fantastic and the location perfect. A little hard to find in a rental car in the dark though, so just follow the entrance signs to Meteora and you will find this hotel a few hundred yards before you see the sign for the park. The hotel sign doesn't have an "s" on the end of the name like you see on this site, so keep that in mind. Owners also speak German if that helps anybody. Wouldn't have chosen to say anywhere else even after looking around the village! Great little Hotel!
