“Great hotel but airport shuttle stops at midnight”

We got in from our flight after midnight, and that is my one complaint about the hotel--their airport shuttle stops running at midnight despite that American Airlines flights routinely get in just after midnight. That is the only reason I'm giving the hotel a 3 on service. We were exhausted after a day of traveling and really wanted to get to our hotel, but instead of a free shuttle with a tip to the driver, we had to pay $26 US for a 5-minute taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. Other than that, the room was extremely comfortable, the hotel quiet and clean, and breakfast delicious.Everyone was friendly and helpful on the staff, and we ended up staying there for our last night in Trinidad as well.

“Very close to the Aiport”

I pick this hotel looking for something near the airport. I was arriving very late and leaving very early two days later. It was a very good decision. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the Aiport and they have shuttle. I did not stayed too much in the hotel but i did not saw anything near of it to walk to, so there should be better options for tourism near Port au Spain than this one. The hotel was quiet, clean, had internet reception, breakfast included and good service.

“Enjoyed our Stay”

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Trincity, Trinidad was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the overall feeling of being welcomed was experienced by both my husband and myself. Our only complaint was the pool party. Having a pool party with loud music until 12:00 midnight was in poor taste and very inconsiderate to your guest, especially those on the main floor (we were) and directly opposite the pool (we were).

Very nice, clean rooms with lots of space, excellent staff. Breakfast was hearty and the proximity to the airport/shuttle is the main draw.

Absolutely amazing people, hotel and view!!! If you need silence, relaxation, it is so beautiful, in the middle of nature, amazing view, absolutely tidy, beautiful decorated and much more...flowers, garden, people, ...gorgeous!!

I was just in a short stop over in Trinidad and the Hotel's location close to the airport was very convenient. The service was very good and room was very comfortable.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport. There is shuttle service available. The room was very comfortable. I recommend it especially for transit passengers.
