nice city hotel

The hotel has aged as have the rooms. However everything was clean and comfortable. The best thing is the wonderful staff. All smiles and helpful.

I enjoyed the stay. I found food was too expensive. Main problem was there was no open windows for fresh air, I was disappointed the he hotel did not honor my VIP upgrade with expedia

Ok Hotel

Hotel at a very busy intersection on Wrightson Road. Unless you are driving forget it. If you are a pedestrian cross the road at great risk! There was renovation in progress at the hotel which is always a minus. My room was not cleaned once in the three days two nights spent there.

The Hotel was very lovely very clean.

Pros: what we like about the hotel is first imperission on the outside and the front of the hotel.
Cons: it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.
Location: we love to go to port of spain shopping mall and west mall and also walking along the peir.
our experience at the hotel was lovely. the only thing we didn't like was the traffic it was very busy day and night. Also the building works what is going on.

I really enjoyed the services there,an also the hotel has a restaurant that goes around while having dinner and that was nice a the top of the hotel

Hotel remodeling ongoing but still very nice.

Pros: Staff! Staff! Staff! And the beds were pretty darn com-fee too.
Cons: Once remodeling is completed this could be the best hotel in Trinidad.
Location: Location is ideal for the businessman/woman if needed to be in Port-of-Spain.
The staff was amazing!!! Customer care and service was the BEST I've ever experience......and I travel often.

Dirty old hotel

Pool was filthy, hotel is old and decrepit once you get past the lobby. Room smelt of mould.

Good Hotel with business in mind

Pros: The friendliness of the staff and their concern about your comfort also making it happen
Cons: The bathroom fixtures need replacing
Location: I would prefer if the hotel had a beach area and a little more secluded. Also some night life which include dancing
My experience was ok I felt safe. The place was clean inside and out

A nice stay

Rooms are spacious and quiet. The place is undergoing renovations but steel we felt at home. One thing missing is a shower and toilets by the pool deck area.

Nice Hotel But....

Pros: The pool and friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Carpeting needs to be redone.
Location: Not much as this a industrialized area... situated by the port and across the street from the Hyatt. Street markets close by.
Had to stay at this Hotel for five days with my wife and eight year old. The first day we went to lunch and thought we would have the buffet, turned out when it was all said and done it cost me $100.00. Pretty pricey considering it was just the local foods which they sell out on the streets. That was my last time at the restaurant! The hotel itself was under renovation so i understood some of the inconveniences so it would be unfair for me to comment. Otherwise a good stay ,the pool was great and I had fun.
