A splendid staff. Examples: I thought I had lost my passport. A staff member sent email for us, then got the number of the American embassy (staff there was awful.) Other staff printed boarding passes, delivered them to our room.

Good stay at The Mont. The check-in and check-out process was extremely easy. The staff was friendly, efficient and courteous. The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and good size. The only criticism I have (and this is just personal taste) is that the carpets in the hallways and guest rooms looked very dated and unattractive, almost like underpadding. There is also traffic noise as it is on a busy corner. We were there on a Monday night so I don't know whatit's like on the weekend nights.
