Very kind, family like welcome and smiles. Everyone is quiet but very attentive to your journey. I was traveling on business and was tired from driving all day from Toronto, but after a good night's sleep, the fresh orange juice and toasted bread re-energized me. I like the local service style of the hotel, the room was clean, the sheets were clean, and despite the price, it was very clean. I like that this is a quiet, clean hotel that is close to customers. I like to hear greetings in Quebec French. Merry Christmas.

Matelas "fatigué", ridaeux ne ferment pas entièrement; il y a donc beaucoup de lumière dans la chambre la nuit. Le tapis devrait être enlevé.

Very comfortable- overall great stay
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Fridge may need some upgrading but still worked fine without issue. Breakfast was great! Had a waffle maker and they provided a hot breakfast option while I was there.

Bathroom was in excellent condition. Room was clean. Staff helpful and polite. Breakfast included eggs and bacon, but no potatoes or sausage. Room layout was a little tight for three. Would be no problem for one or two.

First booking date was invorrect, we fixed it after calling agin. We specifically requested second floor When we arrive, we were told it is not available. The AC was not working, when we request another room, again the answer was NO ROOM. After few attempts we got the same answer. Finally we got another room in the second floor with a working airconditioner. We came to know most of the second floor was empty. After 3rd night, I requested to clean the room and fresh towels, soaps etc., . Nothing happened. Since the pandemic it is the perfect excuse to minimize service on all levels. Apologies are plentiful but I still would like the staff to do their job. Very disappointed and a message to manager/assistant went into the stratosphere!

It has nothing to do with the place, the part we dislike the most is that smokers are leaving their butch on the ground instead of putting them in the bins placed for this matter

Checkin was smooth. The agent was very accomodating. Room was clean but the bed seemed higher at the footend. Breakfast room very small. Hot breakfast but not on the main counter. You must go to the "kitchen" area to get bacon, sausage and eggs. Bacon & sausage in short supply as only 10 pieces of each went in the oven at a time. The service lady seemed run off her feet, perhaps she could have a helper to keep up. Close to highway access.

Love that I can park right by by door it makes it so easy to load and unload and although it’s a little dated inside the water pressure is awesome I love that I can rinse my hair properly! The staff is always very friendly and there is a Tim Hortons close by so it’s easy to get morning coffee!
