Overpriced

Posted Oct 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
Way, way overpriced for a Comfort Inn. Accomodations were passable but I wouldn't stay there again. Have stayed in much nicer hotels for a lot less. Partying workers out in the parking lot every night.

Propre et tranquille

Posted Oct 25, 2014 on Hotels.com

OK hotel in Troi-riviere

Posted Oct 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
No complains. Nice hotel, comfortable, clean. My only negative was the facilities for breakfast service were quite small, in a corner of the lobby, which was too small to begin with. General look of the hotel, as a general comment was that it looked a little tired.

Very basic motel next to highway

Posted Oct 11, 2014
Pros: The staff was friendly and nice. Free wifi worked fine.
Cons: Room rates should be lowered to match low end facilities
Location: Downtown Trois-Rivières and the St. Lawrence River are beautiful, especially in early October.
Had to stay here for work, since the area did not have many reasonable priced options (this one was expensively priced at Holiday Inn rates). Comfort Inns are below Best Western and this one is no different. I got an upstairs room facing the highway and main street, and I could hear every truck and motorcycle go by. Good thing the window heater and bathroom fans were very loud. With both on max, I was able to sleep. The bed cover and carpet were old and worn. The bathroom counter and tub had stains. The free breakfast was minimal. Just hard boil eggs, cold cereal (Corn Flakes, Rice Crispies & Sugar Frosted Flakes), waffles (in wrappers that you pop into the toaster), toast, juice, tea and coffee. No fruit and not even instant oatmeal. This 2-story hotel does not have an elevator, so you will have to carry your luggage upstairs. Hotel staff does not help with luggage.

Will not go back there.

The air conditioner didn't work. They didn't give us a paper all the other rooms did. The continental breakfast was right by the front door with no tables or chairs.

Hôtel à Trois-Rivières

Posted Sep 7, 2014
