Good to spend a night

Posted Jan 17, 2015
Pros: Room cleanliness and room rates
Cons: Hotel staff !!!! Also, there are not too many ption to eat and the ones that are, they close very early
Hotel was OK and the room were pretty comfortable. We went in winters with temperatures below freezing but the rooms were pretty warm.

no one there at check out

Posted Dec 11, 2014
few things bothered me... when i checked in albeit late at night, my hotel keys were TAPED TO THE DOOR outside window of the lobby door. someone else could have taken it for all i know... I know that this could have been done to make my check in easier, but in an unknown, i would rather have security of checking in and then getting the key. Secondly there was NO ONE at the lobby when i checked out. It was around 10:50 am and there was sign that said something like "hours: 8-11 / 12-5" or something like that. To me that was unusual. People mostly want to check out and make sure that everything is good to go before they leave a inn. I did not like that. There was nothing personally bad on someone or anything like that but no one at the post when i am trying to check out? Not good.

Great price, Excellent rooms, friendly staff!

Posted Nov 10, 2014
Rooms have been reminded since my last stay a few years back. My original stay was great and I really liked the hotel/ staff/ and location! Grocery store nearby for last minute needs and food/ snacks. I was even more impressed with my stay this time as the rooms were incredible clean, beds comfortable and made my vacation a wonderful experience! ;) will be back for more!

Convenient to Bryce Canyon National Park. Front desk very helpful. Good restaurant adjoining the hotel. This is a remote area and very small town, but comfortable for a visit to the park.

Nett und sauber

Posted Nov 1, 2014

Stairs

Posted Oct 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was a very comfortable room. The only objection we had is stairs going to and from room. It was on second floor and dragging suitcases up & down were a little difficult. As we get older things like that matter. But overall it was a nice place.

Good price for overnight

Posted Oct 26, 2014
Pros: Location, comfortable bedding, price.
Cons: Waiter/concierge at restaurant where breakfast provided next door needed to be welcoming and adjust his attitude.
Location: Lots to do at Bryce National park
Only spent one night and had problems with connectivity and tv reception. We had to request assistance with this twice, but once fixed, all was well. Nice, clean room. Complimentary breakfast at nearby restaurant; staff there not very friendly, but adequate breakfast.

My stay in Americas Best Value Inn

Posted Oct 25, 2014
Pros: It's a decent and clean if the above not so good experiences were all fixed.
Cons: The Americas Best Value Inn & Suites is due for an upgrade in terms of WIFI technology and TV sets as well as the vent in the bath room--too noisy.
Location: The location is near Bryce Canyon so local restaurants, only two, also triple as a general store selling grocery and a gift shop.
The Americas Best Value Inn & Suites staff is very friendly and it offered complimentary breakfast at the Clark's restaurant right next door. That's a plus. However, the WIFI was not available for connect the whole time so i did not get to use the internet the whole time I stayed there. However, my sister went to the lobby and was able to get it connected promptly, but not at the guest rooms at all. The TV was not working in my room so my husband and I were not able to watch any programs at all but just take plenty of rest. There are only two stores in the neighborhood and not near to any major highway. So plan ahead.
