Nice bed and breakfast. Not great.

Posted Aug 23, 2014
Cons: Clean the carpet. Fix the blind on the door. Make the breakfast more special. Fix up the bathroom. Be sure the bedside clock is working.
Location: the location was great! Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome basin are nearby. Hiking, dirt bikes, horseback riding.
The staff was very friendly--a homey atmosphere. Room was ok. No tissue box nor vanity in the bathroom--t.v. trays were used. Breakfast was good, not great. Kind of self serve. If the price had been $40 dollars cheaper, I would have felt better about my money's worth.

An absolute joy to experience the comfort of this B&B. All modern convenience and a lovely fresh breakfast before leaving the next morning. Definite recommend - close to Byrce park.

A great place to unwind after a long day of hiking! Excellent backside view of Bryce Canyon.. 10 stars!!!..No hustle and bustle here. Stop into Clarke's just off main to enjoy a great meal.

The b&b is a wonderful place to say. Nice clean room and very friendly staff. I would recommend this stay and make sure to ask about back road to the bottom of Bryce canyon.

Far from Bryce Canyon

Posted May 30, 2014
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: Decorations and updated bathroom facilties.
Location: Bryce Canyon is 12 miles away. One nice restaurant further out of town.
I booked the room because I thought it was close to the Bryce Canyon National Park entrance. It was not. The facilities were nice enough but located 8-10 blocks off the highway in a rural area. The room was big enough but lacked consistent decorating. Bath and showers were outdated and sprayed water in many directions. Lacked matching towels and had small TV.
