Pros: Location
Cons: Sanitize rooms
Location: There for a funeral, not pleasure nor business
Location excellent, staff accommodating but had BED BUGS in Room 2015 plus shower curtain had considerable mold. Had to change rooms. New room had broken light bulb with glass on the desk, fixed promptly.

We don't have a room 2015, but I can assure you that we do everything possible to ensure that we are bed bug free. We have the entire facility checked quarterly by trained dogs who can detect the presence of bed bugs and are one of the few facilities in the Metro Area to do so on a consistent basis. As we all know, bed bugs are a consistent problem throughout the world with instances of them in shopping areas, airlines, busses, etc. Wile there is no way to prevent someone from bringing them into a facility despite the most diligent efforts, our trained staff along with quarterly inspections ensures that we are the best at making sure we do all that we can to prevent them from being in our facility at all times.

Well appointed and GREAT water pressure!

I stayed at the Kingsley for business recently. I found the room to be very comfortable and well appointed. I appreciated that there was a small fridge and liked the room layout. The wi-fi worked well and was easy to sign on to. I had also never tried a sleep number bed which was nice. One worked, the other was broken, I noted. The water pressure in the shower was the best ever! I also loved the Nosh and Rye restaurant. It was perfect for breakfast on the way to work. I sat at the counter and got a quick, well made breakfast. The business center had computers and printers available. Parking was easy. Easy to find restaurants and services right near by as well. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it.

i stayed here and for the most part it was ok . but when it was time to og to bed the bed was flat it would not blow up. I asked the staff to check it out they said the would but by the second night nothing was done..horrible bed

I stay here all the time and this time the were short staff for checking in and the bed was a sleep number type bed and it didn't work. The first room they put me in the heater was broken. Generally, it has been great whenever I've stayed here.

Convenient location. Rooms are dated and need freshened up a bit, especially small bathroom. Pillows were down, but uncomfortable. Better advertisement for free wifi would have been helpful. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The rear entrance door at the top of the ramp was extremely heavy and slammed back into up after opening. Should be addressed.

Rooms were clean, staff was polite but hotel is very dated. Parking is in back lot, wel-lit but fairly untraveled. as a single traveler I was concerned but did not see or hear anything of concern.

Hotel cleaning staff swearing loudly outside of my room for their 2 hour lunch break. Front desk staff would not fix the broken sleepnumber beds in my room. There were no towels at the pool 4 hours after requesting some so we could go swimming. The temperature in the room was always cold regardless of how high we set the temp.

The hotel needs some updating. The most annoying thing was the lack of outlets in the room. The two that are in the room looked overloaded. Overall the room was comfortable and clean. Food in the restaurant is average at best.

Pros: I really liked the location. Also, the bed and bathroom were comfortable and clean.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: My fiancé and I went to a really nice breakfast place called the Pancake house. There is a lineup but it was worth the wait!
I really enjoyed this hotel. Very clean and the staff were really pleasant! Great price and location. Many restaurants and gas stations nearby.
