Pros: Consistent, reliable, friendly, professional, comfortable.
This is one of my favorite motels! I stay there two or three times a year, and I always look forward to it.

Everything was nice. Had a bit of freeway noise but on the otherside of that coin, the freeway was easy access. Dinged the "hotel condition" because a safety handhold was missing in the shower. Otherwise, the place was clean, organized, and comfortable. Applebee's, Cracker Barrel, and the biggest Harley-Davison MC store I have ever been in, was within walking distance.

My stay was just an overnight stop enroute to a different destination. The hotel is located right off the interstate and is easy to get to. There are several restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and serviceable.

The Smoke Alarms Work!!!

The hotel itself was good. We did have one cleanliness issue in the elevator - a dog apparently just couldn't make it outside (if you know what I mean). It was cleaned as soon as we pointed it out. Our only other issue wasn't necessarily the hotel's fault, although we felt they could have done more. A group of young adults went wild in the rooms across the hall from us. They were very loud and doors were slamming well into the night. We complained to the front desk and nothing really happened. At approximately 2AM, these same guests pulled the fire/smoke alarm. It was VERY LOUD. At that point, the police were finally called (the security camera did film the hallway activity - including pulling the alarm) and arrests were made. We felt management could have better handled the situation.

Jillian, Sorry about the alarm going off. It is annoying. Has happened to me at other hotels. I'm always grateful it works since if a real fire or other emergency, I'd like to be the first one to know. Yes we had an adult, rent 3 rooms for her teenage daughter and as you know many others. The clerk tried her hardest to get the "adult" to respond and the teens to co-operate without involving the police. No choice because they got mad when the clerk asked for id and wouldn't let them in. Only registered guests. One of them pulled the alarm. Which is a crime. The police got everyone out quickly and it was quite soon after. We were all thankful for that! Very seldom do we have problems but sometimes our guests do not use good judgement as in this case with renting the rooms for underage children and leaving them on their own. I tried to get the adult arrested but they couldn't or wouldn't. To bad. She'll do it again at another hotel. Anyway, we are sorry your sleep was interrupted by this incident. Best regards! Janice

i want to also compement the lady taking care of the breakfast area, she did an outstanding job. the area was clean and well stocked and she made sure everyone had what they needed she never stopped the whole time i was there. she is what i concider and excellent employee.

Use to be a continental and now a full, hot breakfast so it is much more difficult to attend to it and our guests partaking of it. Thank you again, Janice

Unfortunately, not up to the usual standards!

Pros: The guy on reception was helpful & friendly.
Cons: The place could definately do with a makeover. The carpet in my room was a bit grubby and the net curtains were brown.
Location: Was just passing through having been to Dallas & heading North, so didn't check out the local amenities.
The stay was ok. I've stayed in a few 'Comfort Inn & Suites' recently and this was by far the worst of them, but to be fair the price reflected this, so I didn't feel like I'd been had.

The hotel it self was nice, but people were running in the halls late. The lady in the morning that set up breakfast and re filled stuff was very nice and friendly.
