Mixed feelings on this one. Price is fair. Room refrigerators have freezers, which was great on our road trip so we could refreeze our blue ice packs for our coolers. Not the most beautiful place, but if you're just looking for somewhere to crash, that doesn't matter. Hotel staff were great - we initially got a handicapped room but didn't need one, and we found black mold under the bathtub seat (read on - it gets better). Also the freezer had an exploded can in it that nobody cleaned up. I went to the front desk about it and they gave us a new room, no questions asked and right away. They apologized profusely and made changing rooms very easy. Once in our new room, everything was fine. It was clean, smelled good, no problems at all. TV was nice, room was spacious enough, and it was unseasonably cold so I can say the heating unit was very good, kept us warm all night. I'd stay there again.

Bathroom door handle fell off, dead roach on air conditioner, elevator makes weird noise, vending machine got stuck, took a very long time to check in, water in shower smelled bad, bulbs in lamps didnt work. Etc. Breakfast was good though.

Not the best stay
We had a non smoking room but we were by the outside door so every time someone smoked outside, the smell permeated our room. Both cigarettes and WEED. The smell was TERRIBLE. Also, the bathroom door wouldn’t close and it was an extremely tiny space. It was fairly quiet and overall the room was clean but the smell ruined it for us.

Good, almost great
Nice and clean. Check in was very courteous, bed was comfy and nice to have a real breakfast. Only complaints were floor in hall outside my room and by my fridge was mushy and really bouncy, and when I came to the desk to check out no one was up there for 20 minutes while another guest and I waited. I would’ve just left the key, but I needed a receipt for work. Overall a good stay.

It was cool for the price. Breakfast was terrible and they did not clean my room on 1 day and the other day they did not replinish wash cloths. When I called down stairs to request some I was told that someone would bring them up in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I went down stairs and the woman at the front desk was busy checking people in. So I went back upstairs and waited another 30 minutes then went back down stairs. She was outside smoking a cigarette and had forgotten. I think she was just overwhelmed at the moment honestly. However, it almost caused mt to be late for the event that I had flown 1100 miles to attend.

It is nice and quiet. Everything was clean, price was great. The only thing that wasn’t great is the mattress was worn. I finally turned and slept with my head at the foot of the bed. Needs new mattress, king size, or turn the mattress 180 degrees. I would recommend Comfortable RR Inn and Suites.

Brown spots on the curtains. Used toilet paper roll. Hair on the toilet seat and in the shower. Pee stains under the toilet seat. We had to check out early, it was awful. I get that it’s a 2-star hotel but this is basic cleanliness.
