Easily the best hotel you will stay in. From the limousine ride from the airport till you check out you are looked after by a fantastic hotel with exemplary staff. This was our second stay and we will make sure that any return visits to Hong Kong will begin and end here. It is pricey but you see where your money goes and we cannot find fault in any part of the stay. Simply the best hotel we have stayed in with a thick dollop of class added in.

The facility is nice and the staff very pleasant. I traveled alone and stayed in a room with one double bed, while the room is nice I felt the bathroom was quite small. However even with the smaller bathroom, I would stay again. I felt safe in the HK area and enjoyed being close to nice restaurants and shopping. You can also jump on the subway which is easy to use and go to some of the local shopping markets. Several of the Mall Restaurants like BLT Burger or Pizza Express were great if you needed more of an American Flare, both had really good food.

We booked two rooms for two nights, and it was so convenient that they gave us connecting rooms so my kids and their cousins can run around and play in the rooms. It would be nice if the hotel have a pool so the kids can go for an afternoon swim also, since the weather was so hot when we were there (May). But it's okay, we didn't go there for a swim anyway. We chose this hotel because it was near malls where there are food courts so we can easily buy our food. What really made our stay in HK easier was their free use of a smart mobile phone! Unlimited local calls, internet anytime and you can make it a hotspot and share the net to your own phone! Will definitely consider staying here again in the future, and recommend to others as well.

This is an uspcale hotel with great amenities, excellent location and if you get a harbor looking room Great Views!!!
The room we had was at the 22nd floor overlooking the harbor which gave us amazing views of Hong Kong both day and night. The room was spacious and clean, bathroom was a little small but with modern decoration. The pool (9th floor) is amazing with great views of the harbor as well as the night light show (you can see the lights but won't hear the music). The location is good (5 min walk to subway station) plus the hotel has a shuttle that can take you to the pier. The 3 restaurants in the hotel have good food and the service is excellent. The front desk and concierge staff are very helpful and will provide great recommendations on where to go and how to get there, you even get a local cellphone to use as you want.
One of the best hotels I have stayed, might be on the expensive side but it is worth it.

Discover non-stop shopping, famous landmarks, and world-class museums (from art to science) in Tsim Sha Tsui. Serious shoppers should try the Harbour City shopping complex. Nathan Road’s Golden Mile offers more of the local scene. Canton Road offers designer labels, and Granville and Cameron roads boast bargain clothing. Head harborside to the promenade for the nightly Symphony of Lights show.
