“A Pleasurable Vacation Spot”

Getting away for a few days is important to me. I am unable to travel great distances at this time, but visiting a friend in Atlanta was a real "pick me up." Service and accommodations were very charming. Real "down South" hospitality!

“Wonderful hotel”

This is one of my favorite hotels when i visit the Atlanta area mainly because of its close proximity to I-85 and I-285 as well as GA-400

“One of the Safest Hotels in Decatur”

If you are traveling to Decatur, GA, and are looking for a safe place to stay, find a hotel in the Northlake area. My family arrived late at night for our stay and found the hotel surrounded by gates with limited entries and patrolled by a security guard in uniform. Check-in was rapid, employees were courteous, the room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. This was one of very few hotels in Atlanta with queen-sized beds, which I needed; most of the other hotels in Atlanta had either a king bed or just double beds. My sisters and I are close, but trying to sleep in a double bed with a family member is difficult. My sister snores occasionally and likes to read late at night. I have a bad habit of kicking the covers off. Finding queen beds allowed us to keep peace in the family.

“Helpful”

I needed a refrigerator to keep my medicine. The room didn't have one. I asked the front desk for one and they delivered on within ten minutes.

“Perfect for me”

Zero issues with this hotel. An elevator would have been nice but I was just on the second floor and had one overnight bag. No problem.

“Thanksgiving retreat”

One individual, Colette, was particularly helpful when accomodating a special request. She was kind and understanding and very willing to help in any way she could. However, we found all the staff to be welcoming and positive, wanting to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

“Comfortable Hotel”

I thought it was a very nice hotel. It was a little loud in the halls, but I think it was the reunion that was staying at the hotel

“Beds were to small.”

We booked a room with two queen sized beds but when we checked in our room had double beds. The next morning we complained and they moved us to a room with queen sized beds.Everyone was nice and the hotel is in a good location.I would stay there again.

“Great night of sleep”

Very nice, comfortable room. Balcony looked onto pretty courtyard w/ pool. Awakened in the morning by birds singing...a much welcomed rarity these days as most hotels are loud due to other guests or proximity to major roads. Great stay, I'd do it again.
