Pros: It's a nice, clean, hotel.
Cons: The traffic noise from Speedway Blvd is noticeable, and the water pressure in the shower is definitely lacking.
Location: We walked from the hotel through campus to University Blvd where there were many places to eat and drink. We stopped at Gentle Ben's.
Overall, the hotel was nice. We had a king room on the second floor. The room was nice and clean. We utilized the gym which was great for us. Two elipticals, two treadmills, 3 rubber balls, and a series of weights.

This place was ok but had a party vibe that wasn't what I was looking for.

Comfortable, hip hotel with great proximity to UA!

Posted Apr 2, 2015
Pros: location, decor, comfort
Cons: some funky placement of light switches but that seems petty!
Location: primarily, big plus is walking distance to UA campus - several quick eateries nearby as well
We enjoyed the decor, view of the mountains (we were fortunate enough to be on the top floor!), comfortable beds, and great location - within walking distance of UA! Great spot when visiting the campus with your kid, or when visiting your kid (which we were). Fun environment!

This was a hotel that was cheaply remodeled. Beds were stiff and the bathrooms were dingy and dark.

Conveniently located with a nice view

The hotel is like a giant club. It's nice inside and there is plenty to do. We had a good view of the mildrats stadium and campus. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was kind of atrocious but there were spots to be had. I think I saw below ground parking but didn't see signs about it.

Location was great as my trip revolved around sports at the university and the short walk to University Blvd was great for catching a meal close with great atmosphere.

The hotel has been recent refurbished. It has a pleasant modern feel, but still warm and comfortable.

Only stay in really on a budget

Posted Mar 10, 2015
Cons: Showers Thermostat
Location: Run down area; close to UA that's it.
This is a typical Aloft; only budget conscious should consider. The road noise was a noticeable disruption all night (the road is called Speedway Blvd for a reason...) even from the 4th floor. The shower does not have a door or guard so water is dispersed in the bathroom often making it dangerous. A room was promised to us to have two queen beds; upon arrival they stated their manager never told the front desk even though the note was in the record in the system and they could not honor our request. Overall disappointing stay; try the Marriott or Arizona Inn instead when traveling to Tucson.
