“Great Wheelchair Accessible Room”

I am in a wheelchair, so my primary concern is accessibilty. There was enough room for me to get through the room, between the beds, get around in the bathroom. My wife and 3 small children (ages 7, 5, and 2), had enough room also. The shower and sink were accessible, and a shower chair was provided. This is not always the case when asking for a handicap accessible room, as I have had to change rooms a few times in more expensive hotels because they weren't wheelchair acessible. The room was clean and doughnuts and juice were provided for breakfast. It was a great value.

“just needed a place to sleep”

Spent one night in Tucson while there for family weekend at the U of A. Needed an inexpensive, clean place that was easy to get to and this was it. No frills, just the basics but fine. Quiet, clean, close.

“Fix the mattress in the handicap room.”

We had two rooms and one had a very squeaky bed that made noise every time we moved. It also seemed that we rolled to the middle of the mattress. The other room was fine. And the coffee was great.

“Basic, but fine.”

I picked this motel based on the price. I thought I got good value for my money. It was basic, but fine. The fridge in the room was great. There also was a microwave and computer in reception area that were useful. My room only had a shower which was just fine with me. The location was great, very easy to get around. Some of the staff were terrific in giving ideas/advice when asked. The woman who checked me in wasn't friendly and didn't seem interested in being pleasant. I felt safe in the room, but a few times felt somewhat uncomfortable with the people hanging out in the parking lot (I was a woman travelling alone). I definately would stay at this motel again.

“crowded”

too much furniture in the room made you feel crowded. the coffee table was not needed and the hutch around the tube tv made the room seem smaller.we would have been happy with a queen size bed instead of the uncomfortable hard king size bed. And then there was that noisy air conditioner,we had to turn it off to sleep.The generous added taxes and fees at our arrival were an unhappy surprise.

“OK for the price, but will look elsewhere.”

You get what you pay for and this is a cheaper hotel, so you probably already know the story of the hotel - needs a renovation but clean for what it is, check in/out was easy and front office people were good, wireless was decent, bed was way too stiff, not much in the area but VERY close to the sports complex. Overall it's what you pay for.

“never again”

The hotel was dirty and the area seemed sketchy. Housekeeping hardly ever cleaned our room. We had to call to request housekeeping to come clean. Our tv never worked right either. I would never stay here ever again.
