Clean, Quiet & Comfortable.Posted Dec 11, 2014
Best Western does it right. Everything was neat & tidy, the room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with nice variety of options.

Hotel near airport. All else disappointing.Posted Oct 26, 2014
Pros: Newer tv, comfortable bed, mostly pleasant staff, daily breakfast, shuttle.
Cons: Vacuum cleaners,Manager, Manager, Manager.
Called hotel 3x noting preferences. Rec'd NONE. Manager YELLED at me - I was talking in a normal tone of voice. I also did not know only one shuttle. Clerk couldn't reach on radio. I asked her to call his cell. He said he didn't know when he would be there. Manager was angry that I asked her to call the guy; also that I had room preferences. Carpet in room appeared dirtier after daily "cleaning." Toilet height was very low. Interior of hotel is pleasant and surrounds a courtyard w/ pool. Staff was pleasant; manager should be retrained - worst I've ever encountered. Breakfast was fresh and good daily and servers excellent.

Great hotel except for the complimentary breakfasPosted Oct 1, 2014
Everything was great except for the morning we left! When on vacation many people don't use an alarm clock and like to sleep in. However you can't sleep in if you want breakfast at this hotel. We got to breakfast at 850AM and at 9AM on the dot they said we had to grab any last things because they were cleaning up NOW. We had a few stragglers in our group who were a few minutes late and didn't get anything. Staff was not accomidating with this at all. Personally I think breakfast should be open until 10AM so that people can sleep in a little bit.

Breakfast hostess very unfriendlyPosted Sep 24, 2014
Pros: Very clean, upgraded, great pool and palm-lined courtyard. Comfortable beds.
Cons: Relax the weekend breakfast times & get rid of the locking door, which may be a fire hazard. Get customer service training for breakfast hostess.
Location: Conveniently located to airport. Pima Air & Space Museum very close. Tombstone just over an hour away.
We were attending a wedding and chose this hotel for 9 family members, renting 5 rooms. We gathered for breakfast expecting to enjoy time with one another but were chased away by the breakfast hostess at closing time. She actually started locking the door at 8:50 and asked us to leave promptly at 9:00. When my wife asked if we could finish drinking our coffee she said NO. I've stayed in hotels for 41 years and have never been asked to leave any dining facility until I'd finished eating or drinking. The rest of the hotel was wonderful and very clean, but the rude hostess put a big damper on our stay. Plus, one would expect a bit later breakfast on weekends.

Pros: Courtyard was fine and nice area to spend time with relatives prior to and after sons wedding.
Cons: Nothing! Always great stay!
Location: Being near airport made for easy travel plans. Made it to casino near by.
Another great stay at Best Western Tucson Airport. Staff was friendly and service was great. Look forward to next stay there.

Positive experiencePosted Sep 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
Positive! The beds didn't seem like queen size but they were comfortable. Breakfast was good and breakfast area was clean and food pantry was well stocked. Staff was professional and willing to provide great customer service. Always with a smile. Common areas were clean and welcoming. Kudos to staff!

Awsome place to stay....Posted Sep 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
I would recommend this Hotel to everyone I know it was a very relaxing and joyful stay... I just recommend that ur desk clerk not judge a book by it cover..She acted like my husband and i were there to party it up and run a muck of ur hotel .. We were there for a quite romantic getaway for my birthday just him and i...we are very quite and respectful people..we dont party at all...I believe she judged us by how we dressed..My husband wears slashed pants and band tshirts with not alot of money...so staying was quite a treat for me..He worked hard to save for this stay....I just ask if you would please talk to desk staff to please be more curtious to everyone..You never know there situation...But other than that YOU ROCK.. Thank You...

This hotel is a great value for travelers who need to spend a night close to the airport. It was clean, well maintained, and had all the amenities I look for, including a small refrigerator and microwave, hair dryer, an upholstered chair and ottoman, desk and chair, free Wi-Fi, and convenient plugs in the bedside lamp bases. The bed was very comfortable. It is a well-managed property and the price was reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.
