Pros: We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning and the fact that it was close to the university.
Cons: Better selection of tv channels.
I asked for a two bed room on the first floor but was told that we had been upgraded to a suite on the second floor. It was quite nice and although the selection of tv channels was awful, we had an enjoyable stay. We were staying in Tucson for a U of A graduation and were able to host ten guests in our little living room one evening.

Well located for travelers with business or pleasure downtown. Facilities and amenities are entirely adequate; just what you'd expect, nothing more. Staff are very friendly, polite, accommodating. Adjoining restaurant is a big PLUS, with cooked breakfast included in room stay, and dinner offering surprisingly good quality and service.

Especially for the price, this was a great hotel. The entire place looks like it had recently been remodled including rooms, exterior and even the pool. Breakfast was very good. Unless I were needing a really fancy place, I would easily stay here again.

Return tripPosted May 11, 2015
Pros: The room size and amenities, price is always fair, a made to order hot breakfast, ample parking.
I have been coming to this hotel for many years. I enjoy theh professionalism and courtesy of all the employees. It is obvious that the owners and employees have pride in the hotel. You can see it in the detailed upkeep. I recommend to all. It's not necessarily "close" to anything special, but on my visits I am usually all over Tucson, so it is always a good home base.

I'd stay here againPosted May 6, 2015
Pros: The staff, the room, pretty much everything. It was nice.
Cons: The only thing I can think of is that the outside is not beauticious. I can't put my finger on it, but it seems kind of blah.
Location: It's in a great location. We were right near the theatre (I got lost anyway) and there seemed to be quite a few things to do right nearby.
Just stayed one night after a concert we attended at Rialto. Check-in was easy, room was nice and clean, breakfast the next day was made to order and our waiter was the best ever!!

I won't stay there againPosted May 4, 2015
Pros: Nice rooms, spacious.
Cons: Fix the Internet wifi. A bridge or repeaters would make this service usable by rooms where it doesn't function now.
Location: Probably centrally located--I didn't go anywhere though. It is far from I-10 which is what I wanted.
I was willing for forego the smoking room since they have--none. But: the other problems made this inn a "no show" for me on future visits. There is only one restaurant in the area, in the inn of course. Food was adequate. I had a truck with a trailer and had to park it way far away from the room--terrible for loading and unloading my personal belongings. Also, the promised "free wifi" was a no show. It worked in the restaurant but was too weak to be usable in the room by any of my four devices. So, I did without Internet except during dinner.

Nice hotel, close to UAPosted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: Very close ot UA where event was held, but far away enough that there was no issues. Execelent cooked to order free breakfast with friendly people.
Cons: Clock didn't work, so a bit more checking of equipment. I didn't ask to have it changed, as we didn't need it. Was not really an issue.
Location: Way too many to mention. From a chance to 'blow glass, to Missions .. Something for just about everyone within 40 min...
Very nice stay, friendly people and a really good free breakfast. We had a grand son in HS allstate choir. Close to UA where the event was held. Easy and plentiful parking.

Excellent Value, Friendly StaffPosted Apr 8, 2015
Pros: The rooms and grounds were very neat and clean. The hotel is in a convenient location to downtown Tucson and environs.
Cons: Rooms a bit dark and could use a light paint.
Location: Close the the museums and downtown as well as convenient to I10.
The staff here to great me upon check in were helpful and very cheerfully accommodating. The grounds are beautifully planted and cheerful. the rooms and grounds are also very neat and clean. The only thing I would change is that the rooms were a bit dark. I know it feels cooler in the hot summer but was a bit dark for this northerners taste.

Enjoyed my stayPosted Apr 5, 2015
Lots of little touches from staff that were thoughtful. Both the hotel and the restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. Room comfy and reasonably quiet room-to-room. Clean and tidy grounds and pool area. I'd go back in a minute!
