Not the greatest stay, restaurant as closed and the hotel staff didn't know why. Close to airport so you WILL hear jet engines beginning around 7:30AM.

The clerk who checked me in didn't even greet me, she was sitting in a side room and looked over. I told her I was there to check in. I pulled out my id and card and placed it on the counter. She took them and inputed the info. in the computer. I had to ask about breakfast, wifi, and all of that. She barely said much. Then there was another guest having a party and I could smell cigarette smoke coming from a non smoking room at 2:30am. I notified the front desk as soon as I heard. It she said I called told them to keep it down it sounds like there is more than just one person in there. Let me know if you have any more problems. So if someone checks in and have 1 occupant and you hear 10 and someone said they smelled cigarettes. Shouldn't you check it out. These people were nightmares door slamming until after 4am and starting just before 9am again. The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean. I have no complaints there. But the staff at the restaurant they have a "breakfast" buffett. Are very rude. They had run out of eggs, silverware, juice and when asked for more they said no. I get i got there 20 min. before the cut off time. But it wasn't my fault they were in the kitchen no where to be found to ask until 5 min. before 10am. I said so even though I was here well before and just seeing you now I can't have eggs or juice. She said sorry we don't make any more. I was so upset. But whatever you get what you pay for. The price was great for the room!

“Great Hotel with Poor Shuttle Service Experience”

I liked this hotel a lot when we arrived. They were able to fill our request for a microwave within minutes. The room was clean and comfortable. My frustration came when we were ready to leave. We had previously arranged to have an airport shuttle pick us up at 5 am. Until we arrived, I wasn't aware that the early morning shuttles were arranged through a separate company. So they told us they'd phone in our request. 4:45 am we show up at the front desk to wait for our shuttle and they hadn't been able to arrange it!!! So they called again and told us we'd have a shuttle by 5:30. Talk about cutting it close!! When 5:40 rolled around, we realized we'd better just call a cab. Luckily we made it just in time for our flight.

requested a non smoking, got in at midnight. it was smoking. hotel said there was transportation back and forth from airport. had to take taxi, then get reimbursed, next day, no taxi. breakfast was TERRIBLE. Eggs tasted like rubber. Turkey? tasted like bread.

The Clarion Hotel has comfortable beds and a great breakfast. Even though the Hotel is next to the airport did not hear airplane noise.

“Hotel In Need of Upgrades”

The hotel is conveniently located and the staff is friendly. However, the facilities need to be upgraded, starting with the fitness facility. It did not have the fitness equipment pictured on the website and the carpeted floor was stained and smelly. The sleeping accomodations were at best adequate. The toilet handle in the room needed adjustment to properly flush and the heater in the room had broken adjustment dials. Finally, when I asked for maid service after 3 pm, I was told that the maids had left for the day and I would have to wait until the next day to get the room made up. Overall, the hotel could be much more appealing if a some money was spent on maintainence.
