We arrived after a terrible day of travel and were exhausted and went right to bed upon arrival. In the morning we could see that ground in food and other things were stuck on the carpet and my husband encountered a rather large bug in the bathroom. Upon checking out to change hotels we were told that they took extra care in cleaning our room since we would be staying so long. I would hate to have seen the room before the extra care!

Just a decent room at a great price

Posted Jun 7, 2015
Pros: Charming Patios and Friendly staff
Check-in was difficult. Expedia and the hotel did not coordinate correctly so my reservation was not in the hotels system. At 10:30 at night I did not care about the admin stuff. I just wanted to get into my pre-paid room. However, I was not able to leave it to the experts. I had to wait at the front desk while they got it all straightened out.

Not What the Pictures Make it Out to Be

Next to a room with four chow dogs that would bark non stop if I breathed wrong. Non-smoking room yet bathroom smelled of cigarettes. Walls were thin so I could hear a general conversation my neighbors were having (beyond just the dogs losing their minds).

Very enjoyable stay

It was nestled/hidden adjacent to a small shopping center but upon entering hotel you felt secluded with an environment that was very pretty ... Lots of foliage etc... Around nice courtyard and pool... The room was so quiet, nice and clean! Staff was excellent and friendly.... A very easy location too for activities etc... We have visited Tucson about 6 times... This is a hotel we would definitely want to return to.

We wouldn't stay here again

Posted May 17, 2015
Pros: Nothing much except the courtyards.
Cons: The condition of the room was very dated, bathroom was real old.
Location: Not very covenant, a full 25 minutes off the 10 freeway.
Check in was a bit slow, room wasn't as clean as you would expect.

Great hotel for your stay in Tucson

Posted May 11, 2015
The room was very nice. There was a mini-refrigerator in the room, which I really appreciate. There was a business center computer in the lobby that could be used to print out airplane tickets, etc (for free). The breakfast was nice. It included a coffee machine with several different types of coffee options, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. In the evenings the hotel had a happy hour bar in the courtyard. This hotel is a really nice place to stay when in Tucson and it is pet friendly too. You do need a car to get around though. I have stayed here several times and would stay there again.

Great lobby, desk staff A+. Nice layout and groomed grounds. Room on the small side but comfy and clean. Perfect for the overnight, quick trip we had. Recommended.
