“Very impressed”

Comfort Suites at Tucson Mall was a real gem. Besides the very comfortable bed,the room had a seating area with a desk for easy laptop work and small couch for a relaxing read. The breakfast provided had a wide range of options available including some form of hot meal,waffles,various breads,yogurt,cold cereal, and fruit(apples).We appreciated the fact the Hotel was on the west side of the city and not too difficult to reach from the airport. Its location was perfect for our week's exploration of Tucson and the surrounding area. It's a winner! I suggest you check this one out.

The mattress on the bed was a little hard. I would suggust upgrading them. My husband and I both have back trouble.

we needed a place to stay that was conveniently located near my sister-in-law's house. Comfort Suites at the Tucson Mall was perfect! It was clean and comfortable and well located near shopping and dining. The air conditioning was extra cold! Many breakfast choices including cooked eggs!

“Thank You”

Needed a hotel room for two nights on short notice that was simple, clean and comfortable. This Comfort Suites fulfilled all of my needs. The complimentary "Continental Breakfast" was also a nice surprise. Despite then name, there were makings for full breakfast there, including cooked eggs, many breads & pastries even "cook your own" Belgian Waffles! Also plety of fruit choices. Thanks to Comfort Suites!

“Would stay there again”

We've stayed here twice now, and we find it quite comfortable. Near main thoroughfare (Oracle Rd) & mall, but quiet (except for noisy bathroom fan) - no traffic/airport noise. Light brkfst FREE (cold cereal, rolls, toast, bagles, waffles, eggs, fruit, occ. sausage, juice, coffee/tea) - self serve, and can fill you up. "Suite" area of room contains desk, sofa bed (pretty comfy), & small safe. Little fridge & microwave in main room. Bathroom small w/tub/shower (good shower) and commode, no sink. Single sink by front door and closet. May want to bring extra hangers - only 6 w/2 Q-bed room. Clean, nice, with pleasant, helpful staff - not 5-star, no frills, but good value for money.

“Don't expect much congierge type help.”

We were in Tuscon for the NCAA basketball tourney. The front desk clerk was no help at all regarding how to get to the campus, places to eat or even any available public transportation. Maybe they don't think it is necessary in the day and age when everyone can use aps on their phones, but some of us like the personal touch. We ended up eating at chain restaurants in the area, but would have gone to a locally owned place if it had been recommended. The room, pool and facility was nice and well kept up and it was convienient however --no personal touch at all!

Carpet in room had a hole worn in. Great location, comfortable but too pricey for what we got.

“Cheap”

Room was decent but very thin walls. Was woken up 3 times during the night twice by the noisiest fridge ever (unplugged it the second time) and by a drunk and crying guest in the hallway. I could even hear her in her room down the hall. Eesh.
