“Good option in Tucson”

This hotel was a great deal for a moderately nice room. The breakfast was not elaborate, but there was a good variety. Only complaint was that the A/C unit was really, REALLY noisy. I would definitely stay here again.

The person ath the office, ask me to leave a $100 dlls for deposit, even though the room rate was for FIFTHY NIVE dlls per night, ande she didn't gave me a receipt so that I can recover my 100 dlls deposit, so I called the maneger and ask her for a print receipt, and she told the lady to print and gave my receipt. They told me that was a HOTEL POLICY taht I can see it at the hotels web page. I don't trust them. Were they correct or should they are authorized to ask for cash deposit ??????????? THANKS

“Never Again will I stay here”

Please spend the extra money and find a nicer place to stay....It was so disgusting...Sheets were not changed, there was hair and food in the bedsheets. We left immediately. It was very unsanitary. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Great service and friendly people”

Staff was fantastic. Helped me at a time of criss- 2 famliy deaths and a strange town. Ms Sandy Marsh could not do enough to help and rest of staff were polite and helpful also. If ever need to return will definatley go the Comfort suite in Tucson.

“Hair in the corner of the bathroom, bed not made up, feminine hygene in wastebasket”

While ulimately I was moved to another room, which was not as nice as the first the room aesthetically, the first room was not made up. Had already undressed and ran to bathroom before I could notice room was not completely cleaned. made me ill. the second room was well cleaned and maintained, but not as nice as the first. All I wanted to do was settle in for the night exhausted for my early flight. who wants to undress and dress up again and then move. Should be right when you first walk into a room
