Nice hotel close to airport

Posted Mar 24, 2015
We arrived into Tucson close to midnight after a very long journey. We called the hotel and the shuttle collected us in less than 10 minutes. Check in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable. Access to the airport as it is very near. Would stay here again.

Terrible breakfast and no towels

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: not much
The breakfast was disgusting and cold, we went out for breakfast. I had to ask for shower towels for 3 days in a row and there were no towels at the pool. The pool is supposed to be heated, it was freezing. When we checked in, there was a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain and the microwave had not been wiped out before our arrival. I was not able to collect choice points because I had booked through expedia. I'm done with Choice hotels

convenient to airport and easy to get around

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Location: It was easy travel from the hotel to many sites in the area. Traffic was never a problem in the area.
Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. In spite of being right next to airport, we never heard airport noise in the hotel room. It was noticed only at the lobby. We were well pleased and would book there again.

Convenient and close to airport

Posted Feb 10, 2015
Pros: Location, size...breakfast was included and wasn't fancy but was nice and had something for everyone.
Cons: Back door wasn't secure, poor lighting and ONLY mirror is in bath making it hard for a couple to get dressed. Housekeeping was inconsistent.
Location: Was here for work, not much nearby except airport which was the objective
Is a smaller property which I like over larger sprawling ones. Attended Gem show in February and it was easy in and out to the airport which was important to us. Wanted a good value and not interested in frills and this small hotel fit that bill.

Pros: the staff was good, My room was adequate though not plush. It was moderately priced. But next time I will spend $20 more and get someplace nicer
Cons: A better breakfast. A business room with more than one computer for customers, a working printer. Better quality equipment thoughout, in better repair
Location: convenient location near airport.
This could be a nice hotel. IF all the exercize equipment the computer equipment and the ice machine was repaired (every single piece of equipment was broken as well as the ice machine and the printer they have in the lobby for customer use) IF the halls did not smell like tobacco and perfume to cover up the tobacco smell. IF the breakfast was fresher. A crock pot of real oatmeal for instance would have been so much nicer (and less expensive) than prefab precooked packages. Even the waffle maker timer was broken and so it burnt everyone's waffles, leaving the eating area full of smoke.

Good hotel near the airport.

Posted Feb 6, 2015
Pros: Location, and the fact that I had a suite.
Cons: Storage space for food etc. As I was there for a week, I ate in most of the time, and had to leave my non perishables out on the desk.
Location: Easy access to everything I wanted to do, which was to attend gem, jewelry and bead shows. Little traffic near the airport.
The hotel was quiet, with good access to the gem and jewelry shows I was in Tucson to attend. The staff was friendly, the room comfortable, and the breakfast (included) very good.
