“Not the best but not the worst”

It was a good value for the money but mostly stayed for the close location to the airport.

“Not impressed anymore”

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel every year for the past 4 years and notice that the quality diminishes each time. The breakfast is awful - eggs are rubbery, and it seems like the other breakfast items are there to seemingly offer something to the hotel guests. It feels like the hotel is run on 'automatic pilot'. We will not be staying at this hotel any longer.

Area recommendations

If you want to stay near the airport, this is a convenient location. If you want to stay near the central area of Tucson, I recommend that you find a place closer.

“I'm back again this week!!!!”

I was very please with the staff and the attention giving while I was there. The rooms are comfortable and they keep the hotel very clean. Breakfast is good and there is always fresh cookies.

“Good Hotel for the Price”

Everything about the hotel was good except for the piece of glass that stuck my husband in his finger, front desk was good about it, they offered to change our room, we opt. for house keeping instead. We were also stuck on a floor that had kids who were running back and forth through the hallways making tons of noise and even playing around with the elevator now this was quite ridiculous.

“Worked fine”

Everything was good. The breakfast was better than normal. The only drawback for us was that the front desk did not inform us the pool was closed when we checked in. Fortunately, the manager had made arrangements with the hotel across the street and comped us for the inconvenience. He went out of his way to take care of us and we appreciated that. We would definitely stay here again.

“I'll be back!”

I love this hotel when I visit Tucson! The staff is friendly and never makes me feel as if I am burdening them. I love how close this hotel is to the airport and how you can't hear the airport traffic hardly at all. I will definitely be back. :)
