good location

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: free hot breakfast provided, a big plus
Cons: there were no pool lights, don't know if there wasn't any installed or if they were out but it was very dark when swimming at night
Location: easily accessible, close to shopping centers and restaurants
My family and I had a pleasant stay, no problems or issues, room rate was fair price

Close to town

Posted Jul 9, 2015
Pros: It was a comfortable stay.
Location: We were visiting the University of Arizona. Beautiful campus! We had dinner in town at Proper. Delicious food and beautifully presented!
This hotel was neat and clean. It had a nice breakfast with the usual choices you have at hotels. It was located close to town.

Nice and clean hotel, with friendly staff.

Posted Jun 24, 2015
Pros: The clean rooms and comfortable beds.
Cons: Not really a big deal, but during the weekend there is no cleaner service. Maybe a steamer available in the room would be helpful.
Location: being off the freeway is really convenient. the location was fine to get to. It was a quick drive to downtown and outskirts of Tucson.
We arrived and were checked in immediately, the bedroom was clean and comfortable beds, the bathroom was very clean. Early morning breakfast was truly great. The hotel in general was well maintained, the exterior was well maintained, shrubs at the street side were in need of pruning, but still looked very healthy. We were very happy with our stay.

Excellent Choice!

Posted Jun 19, 2015
Chose this hotel for location near downtown Tucson for three day conference along with five others in my group. It was very reasonably priced and amenities great for a good night sleep. It is very HOT this time of year and my room had A/C and ceiling fan. It was completly quiet and peaceful. The FULL breakfast was well stocked and offered large variety for everyone. Couldn't ask for more. All my friends felt the same way. We are definitely coming back here next year!

Great accommodations for the price

Posted Jun 10, 2015
Clean and comfortable. Free breakfast a plus. As we came by train, nearby restaurant allowed us an additional eating option. Staff friendly and accommodating. We were allowed a very early check-in and on the day we left we were able to leave our suitcases with them until the end of the day when our train was leaving.

In town for Antique Roadshow the week-end of May30

Posted Jun 3, 2015
Pros: The location was good.
Cons: shampoo carpet these are a dirty mess
Location: Excellent
The room was comfortable and the beds were especially nice. The carpet in the room was very dirty... you didn't want to walk on it. Please clean your carpets. We stayed on the first floor. The breakfast the hotel provided was the best I have ever seen. It was almost everything you could ask for and plenty of it. Fresh cookies and cold water in the lobby was a nice touch. The staff was helpful and nice.

Tucson stay, away from home

Posted May 23, 2015
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing about the hotel. There is nothing the hotel can do about people with poor manners or ethics.
Location: The hotel is in close proximity to everything in Central Tucson and not far from anything in the area.
Our stay at Carlson Country Inn & Suites was by former experience. A great value for the time in Tucson

Great hotel near University of Arizona

Posted May 19, 2015
Pros: We had a very large room/suite. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy access to the freeway with nearby restaurants. Great breakfasts!
Location: Near University, Desert Museum, restaurants.
We were in Tucson for my granddaughter's graduation from the University of Arizona. Very convenient location. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast - eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, fresh homemade cinnamon buns, hot oatmeal, cold cereals, fruit, yogurt, good selection of breads and bagels and fresh fruits, waffles, French toast - not all things the same day - very nice.
