Very nice hotel!

Pros: Comfortable, friendly ambience. Handsome landscaping. Picturesque view.
Cons: Not necessary!
Location: Easy access to highway. Did not need to go anywhere.
Nice hotel close to highway. Pleasant environment.

I never ever write reviews and I mean never, and I am a traveler. But man, this hotel took the cake. Let's see the staff Irma, barely wanted to do her job but whatever, we have bigger issues than her. Ok let's see, I walked into the room and it was ok, took a shower and there was a fake nail in the bathtub, which was very disgusting and I ended up picking it up with a tissue and discarding it ugh, gross!!!!!!!!!! Let's move on, the toilet sink and bowl were DIRTY, as if though it has not been clean in weeks. (Oh wait, they only do weekly cleaning there) So once a person checks out, they barely clean the rooms until the next person checks in days or weeks later. The fridge was also dirty, I mean it was disgusting in there. I don't even know why I stayed there. Lesson learned and NEVER again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Remember that you'll get what you pay for so don't pay to stay there, stay elsewhere please and save yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: The location, the comfortable bed, and the kitchenette
Cons: Customer service
Location: It's close to the Air Force Base, the airport, and pretty much everything in Tuscon.
The bed was really comfortable, and the staff was really courteous at check in. Two big complaints - I needed a wash cloth and when I called down, I was told I'd have to come get it because housekeeping wasn't in yet. Not cool, I wasn't even dressed. Then when I got in the shower a large bug that had apparently been hiding on the shower curtain fell onto my shoulder. REALLY not cool. Television channels are limited. It is conveniently located, about 10 minutes from the base and the airport.

We had to make a stop in Tucson on our way to our memorial day vacation. We had not meant to stop there, but grew tired sooner than we thought. It happened to be U of A graduation weekend so there weren't many available hotels. I had stayed at this location about 10 years ago and trusted it based on my previous stays. I should have known better. The carpets were gross and stained. The paint in the bathroom was peeling. There was hair in the shower drain and stuck to pain on the walls. The remote didn't work for the 15 year old tv. The only thing that did work was the ac, a bit too well. When we open the hotel door the room was set for 60 and freezing. We went to ask for extra pillows and blankets as the pillows were so thin they could barely be called a pillow and needed blankets to warm up the kids. There was only one blanket with holes in it available and another tiny pillow. We are glad that we only needed a place to crash and then move on.

Cons: STAYED THERE SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE WAS ALWAYS MUCH CLEANER

I enjoyed my stay, and would stay there again in the future.I did have one problem with mytelephone and account,which I hope has been fixed.If not I will take legal action against them.However they say they did fix the problem.
