“Will definately go back again”

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The perks which came with the room was great. Wll definately go back and stay there again.

“I would Stay There Again!”

We stayed here twice. One day at the beginning of our trip and one day at the end of our trip on the way home. The rooms were very clean and there was plenty of room for our family. Our stay there was memorable. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Requests made to the front desk were promptly fulfilled. The breakfast staff were very friendly and personable chatting with my kids and me about our vacation plans. The food was healthy and plentiful. Our return stay was about the same except the late evening front desk staff were rude and short with their answers as we checked in late. The next morning a woman from the cleaning staff entered our room after a short knock before we could respond and got upset because we had not yet vacated the room and walked away leaving the door open. The breakfast staff were again very friendly and recognized us from the earlier stay and asked how our vacation was going. I will not let the rudeness of a couple of people deter me from staying there again. I will recommend this hotel and chain to family and friends.

“Good Choice!”

This hotel is located extremely convenient to everything from shopping to local attractions. The staff was very courteous, helpful at all times and very friendly. Hotel was clean and well maintained and quick to respond to the few questions/issues that arose. Good security - access to side/rear of hotel through locked gates that were actually kept shut. Breakfast included could not be beat - full hot or cold with chef to prepare eggs, ommelets, pancakes etc, fresh fruit, yogurt - anything you could possibly want. There was also a manager's cocktail hour with snacks and drinks - after a significant lunches a couple of days, we hit the cocktail hour and skipped dinner.

“A good find”

Relatively inexpensive and you get a full breakfast included in the price. Didn't go in but the pool looked really nice and the hotel is in a good location. Also very quiet sleeping at night. Would definitely stay there again.

Area recommendations

Tucson is a beautiful city, the AZ-sonora desert museum is a must. Also the sabino canyon tour was great.

“very nice”

This hotel was located with stores, restaurants and services within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The included breakfast and evening reception with drinks and snacks was excellent. The pool was very nice.

Funky shopping on 4th street downtown was fun. The desert museum was great!

“Very relaxing place to stay”

My husband and I visit Tucson every year and this is the best hotel so far that we have stayed at. Loved the breakfast in the morning and happy hour in the evening. The only thing that we found a little upsetting was the breakfast lady (which we had a hard time understanding) hunting you down for your room number. I found her to be quite rude but all other staff and service were friendly and professional. We would definately stay again. Maybe look for a more professional and friendly breakfast lady. Just a thought.

“Will try another hotel next time in Tucson”

The room was attrative and confortable but no room service. We would leave the room early and return to shower at 4 and the room would still not be serviced. By that time we would just find a housekeeper and get towels. High speed internet was $9.98 per day and was so slow I could not upload photos.The breakfast bar was very nice and the people working there were very pleasent.

Tucson Gem Show: Three very full days of shopping and nice to come back to a warm and inviting room! Full breakfast in the mornings were a delight and got us off to a good start. Would utilize this hotel when back in Tucson!!!*****
