"Beautiful + restful"
Posh, older but in excellent condition. This is NOT a family hotel - couple or adults are their specialty. Very relaxing and close to everything. First class food - we ate most of our meals here. Excellent live piano music in dining room for dinner. Would happily stay here again.

"Low Rent but Comfortable and Quiet"
The Copper Cactus is an historic motel conveniently located on major bus lines in downtown Tucson. It is an old structure that blocks out noise from adjoining rooms or the neighborhood. It is a quiet comfortable, clean stay for the price. It needs superficial maintenance and is actually about as clean as the major name hotels that charge 4-times the price, where their newness makes them appear to be cleaner. This motel doesn't serve lousy coffee with prepackaged junk food and claim it's a continental breakfast, or claim other amenities that lure tourists to stay. It is real and down to earth. I spent my money enjoying the sights and food in various restaurants and slept well, inexpensively.

"We will try it again"
I was a little hesitant at first because of some bad reviews I had read, but we took a chance. Our Jr. Suite was nice, but next time we will ask for a Jr. Suite on the first level. If you have arthritis the stairs can be a little much. There was staff walking around the premises at all times and were eager to assist if need be. The food was good. Next time we will pay the share plate charge of 3.00. Breakfast was delicious and they have gluten free pancakes on the menu and will let you just order one... We enjoyed the Spa & Jeff the Spa Manager was very professional & knowledgeable... Valerie gave me a wonderful facial. As long as we have good experiences at Westward Look, we will visit often.
