Good Afternoon Michelle!, Thank you so much for taking your time to fill out the review for our most recent stay! I am so sorry to see and hear that your time with us was not an excellent stay, as we strive to try to make all our guest feel as comfortable as possible, our staff is very well trained to handle any situation when it comes to covering their position one on one with guests, sometimes we get a surprise fluctuation of arrivals with out time to prepare and get more agents on to assist each other during more busy times. As for the room conditions, that is unacceptable and we have closed the room from further use and have our Maintenance and Housekeeping leadership looking into fixing these issues so that they are not repeated again for future guests. I hope you come back and you can see that this was but an exception and truly enjoy the amenities and comfort that our hotel offers to our valued guests!Until then , safe travels!

Hi Yulissa, we looked into your boyfriends check in experience as you mentioned an issue. It is hotel policy to have the credit card present, or as you mentioned Apple Pay. Our property does offer these options, however, I think there was some confusion when speaking with your boyfriend at arrival. We hope that your next experience is better.

Good Afternoon Ruchard, I want to start out by thanking you for taking your time to respond to the review and letting us know of your stay, and i want to say i am deeply sorry you had any issues during your visit with us, we are in the process of a proper upkeep and fix up to some of the aging in the rooms, rest assure we will try our best to avoid any experiences like this in the future, as well as better train our staff in attending a guests needs , specially with something as simple as removing the clogging of a toilet.
