“A night flying through Albuquerque”

A nice stay with a breakfast. The lounge facilities are a little bit of a disappointment if you are interested in a drink. The close proximity to airport makes it worth it.

“Great Pool Area”

I reserved my room using he feature where you don't find out what hotel until after you buy it. I was very concerned when I found out what hotel and saw the pictures as it looked old and some of the reviews were not flattering. However, when we checked in I was very pleasantly surprised they had a waterfall going inside the lobby and a great little bar and restaurant. When we walked to our room we went thru the pool area which is very large and almost looked like a resort. The hotel room was older but everything was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Anytime I go back to Tucson I will stay at this hotel. One thing is that the restaurant was a little expensive, but for the convenience and the food was good it was worth it.

The staff was very helpful here. The hotel had a nice restaurant and bar. Very big spa and pool area. Standard hotel, although I did not see the suites. Would definately go back...

If I had one negitive it would be room service. They were knocking on room doors so loud that it could have woke the dead. After spending most of the night at the Casino I was looking forward to sleeping late...but.....No..Every 5 minutes for over an hour I heard banging on doors saying ROOM SERVICE !!!! But overall it was a very nice hotel !

“Close to airport”

This is a very good hotel if you want to be close enough to the airport for convenience but far enough away that the noise from the airport is not significant. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. The only suggestion I have is that the restaurant needs to be open 24/7 for those that travel on late flight or early morning flights.

“Comfortable stay!”

The hotel was clean and everyone friendly. No complaints. Let me stay a couple hours past checkout so that I could hang out in my room before leaving to catch my plane.

“wonderful staff”

While staying at this hotel, I became extremely ill. The staff were very nice and immediately called an ambulance. A staff member came to my room and stayed with me while the ambulance employees attended to me. The hotel staff made sure that I had my purse, a jacket, etc before I was taken to the hospital. In other words, she went way out of her way to make sure that I was safe and well taken care of. The same staff member was extremely nice when I checked in, when I needed medication, etc. The manager who was on when I checked in on 5/24/10 was the same person who was with me when the ambulance came and she certainly made me appreciative of the Holiday Inn. This woman definitely deserves a raise for outstanding service and professional concern.

“Nice place to stay”

Times are tough and we wanted to get away with the kids. Their 2 room suite that is near the pool was perfect. The kids stayed on the sofabed in the living room and awoke overlooking the pool and could not wait to get out and take a dip. We were able to relax at pool side and still have easy access to the room for a quick change. The service was great from start to finish, we can not wait to come back.
