“Would recommend to anyone!!”

I was suprised how much I liked this hotel. the people were really friendly, the hotel was clean and the rooms were really comfortable.

“Impressed Despite Misgivings at Booking”

We had business at the city offices first thing Monday morning and chose to stay here despite several recent poor reviews. Having lived in Tucson previously, I'm aware of the traffic we might contend with staying elsewhere and let convenience prevail. When we arrived, I was greeted at the desk by Stephen, of whom fellow travelers had complained. Courteous and professional, Stephen provided the information about breakfast and handled an accommodation request that had not transmitted with our Expedia reservation. Further, he assured me that our need to leave the vehicle in hotel parking until 2 or 3 pm would not require an additional day's parking charge. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Pleasantly, it was already cooled--not a common practice in many places, but very welcome in the Arizona summer. The breakfast buffet was very good, with everything tasty and exactly the right temperature. At the front desk, the morning staff was friendly and efficient with our towel request and check-out. In our entire stay, there was only one piece of confusion--not all guests receive free wi-fi with their rooms; some pay a nightly fee. All Expedia reservations include wi-fi, so if there's any question, just remind them how you booked.

“Nice hotel”

I was not expecting much from this hotel, for the price I paid and previous reviews, but it turned out to be a very nice experience. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We were lucky to have the upgrade to a big room and the view was fantastic. Our original plan was to stay in nearby hostel, but adding a few more bucks made it a whole lot better!

The Hotel Arizona, while not a resort, is a comfortable hotel that is centrally located in Tucson and the service was good.

“Good Hotel.”

This hotel is in a great location in downtown Tucson, and as soon as the I-10 freeway exits in this area are finally fixed, it will be convenient for travelers too. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. The view from the upper room we had was great. The food in the resturant was basically okay, but the staff in the restaurant was extra nice and professional. We already have reservations to stay there again.
