Hotel was disappointing for the price. You could hear everything. The beds were so uncomfortable, staying for 4 nights left me so sore and sleep deprived. The TV was so bad. It had cable but the picture was terrible. Need to update everything!! Shower was leaking, bathroom door did not lock.

Not as shown online.Posted Mar 13, 2015
Although the foyer and check in areas look great, the rooms are far from it. They have a very different room listed online, flatscreen, tall fridge, nice bath. I had a 20 inch box tv, small fridge and dirty, stained, bath and hand towels. Stay at your own risk.

I didn't like where it was located as well as the maid staff was ultra rude. Had to switch rooms due to the headboard falling in the first one.

Not resortPosted Mar 12, 2015
This is an old hotel. Definitely not a resort. Air conditioning unit under the window. Very small room. Reminded me of a Motel 6. Beds very hard.

Convenient Hotel to DowntownPosted Mar 9, 2015
Cons: It must be updated and the dinner restaurant improved.
Location: The Tucson Convention Center and the Tucson Museum of Art are within a good walk. The old town shopping area offers local items and restaurants.
Hotel is convenient, however it is close to the interstate. Interstate noise is not extreme however. It seems to have frequent party groups and is a somewhat dated hotel. There were signs of renovation in some areas e.g. tile floors replacing old carpet. The breakfast buffet is very good; the dinner in the restaurant is adequate.

Equivalent to a Motel 6Posted Mar 9, 2015
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would equate our room to a Motel 6. We told the hotel staff that the room was unacceptable and they moved us to another room, that was not much better. There were bed bugs in the mattress, no running water for the shower, cable did not work and the room smelt of mold.

Close and easy access to downtown and the I-10 FrePosted Mar 8, 2015
Pros: Comfortable beds and a hot breakfast.
Cons: Needs some overall updates. It's definitely starting to show some age.
Location: Close to downtown and the freeway plus U of A isn't too far.
While just on the outside fringes of downtown Tucson, the location is still close enough to enjoy the city without a great commute. It's an older establishment, but fairly maintained. Nice hot breakfast served in the morning, which is always a plus!

Very welcoming hotelPosted Mar 4, 2015
Pros: The price we paid for what we got. The resort feeling it had.
Cons: Updating of the furniture could help.
Location: We left from there and climbed mt. Lemmon. Also went to the old Tucson movie set. A great experience. Driving was minimal.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. This place had the feeling of a resort. The room was very spacious and clean. It would be nice to have a few basic necessities in the kitchen. A great experience and would return.

DisappointedPosted Mar 3, 2015
I've stayed here before and had a decent room. But this time, was completely disappointed when I asked for an accessible room. The adjoining door to the next room was in the bathroom (for me) which made it extremely uncomfortable because the door was in the bedroom for them. The next room was slightly updated in comparison but the sink didn't drain and the bed was completely on the floor (no rails).
