Lighting in room is very cold, stark fluorescent, bed pillows were hard slabs. Bed was very firm. Our room had patched walls and scratched paint. The rain shower didn’t work. The breakfast was barely adequate.

Clean property. In quiet area. You can hear when the doors open and close but otherwise fine for a place needing to sleep.

Very nice hotel. They have ultra violet lighting in the room so you can verify cleanliness. Bathroom has Dove soap products, no mysterious soaps.

Property is old, hotel small and everything needs a refresh expecially if they keep up these high prices: $120/night pre taxes plus $25/dog/day. No pet relief area. Not very clean either...

Our room was clean and practical. Not sure how I felt about the blue light or housekeeping only coming on request. The employees were nice, but I wish one didn’t have to ask the front desk just to get the key to the lobby bathroom. I’m not a huge fan of free breakfasts in the US in general since they usually provide the cheapest options possible, but this one was particularly underwhelming.

When there are many vacant rooms, the front desk/ manager don’t want to give us a second floor quite room, instead a room at fist floor besides gym, and the hotel AC unit right outside of our window ( not for our room) making loud noise . Is it because cause we booked the room through Expedia? This is happen on the other hotel, that refuse to give us a second floor room.

Woken up at 4am by next room guests
The hotel was ok and Nothing out of ordinary. We had a very bad stay and suffered lack of sleep as next room hotel guests turned on their TV really loudly at 4am in the morning that they woke us up and they continued watching TV loudly well into the morning. Never experienced something like this in a hotel.

A lot of road construction in vicinity of property. GPS directions unsafe/inconvenient/incorrect. Reserved King suite and got queen suite on first floor. Property currently under renovation.

Breakfast was not good, front desk was not helpful when problems arose, the water smelled like sewage. It’s a dog friendly hotel but if your dog barks because someone is right by your door they will call you and tell you they need to be quiet with no empathy or understanding that a dog will bark. Don’t consider yourself dog friendly if you can’t handle a bark here and there.

The smell of cleaning products used were overwhelming. We did not stay due to the smell. They tried to switch rooms for us but it was the same. The carpets were very dirty. The rooms had weird blue lighting. It was very unusual.

Hi, the stay was nice, my mattress had strange indentation when I sat up, the breakfast was minimal would have preferred more food choices other than that was very nice
