“Resort with all around excellence”

My mom and I spent the night here after a long drive from Texas. The hotel was fantastic! The service from the friendly staff was excellent. The room was huge and felt very luxurious with double qeen beds, the full kitchen And a fireplace! We will be stayin there again soon.

“Affordable Luxury”

Though the room could have used updating, everything was comfortable, clean, staff was top rate. Whenever we asked for something - dry pool towels, extra linens - the items were brought to us within minutes, even though we were in a villa not attached to the main hotel. The grounds were immaculate, well cared for, with wonderful views. We used the hot tub every day and it was perfect. The heated pool (it was in mid 50s - 60s all week) was convenient and a salt water pool which I really liked. The concierge went out of her way to answer questions, find us information, make sure we had what we needed. We did not eat in any of the restaurants, not because of the establishments themselves, but because we prefer to explore out of the way places to eat.

From the level of service and the friendliness of everyone associated with the Omni Tucson, to their willingness to go beyond what one would expect as normal, I would recommend the resort to anyone and everyone considering making Tucson their destination. We had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect. We only wish we had devouted more time to this particular trip. We will return again without any hesitation. It was in a word fantastic.

“Lovely experience”

The Omni Tucson is a peaceful, luxurious oasis; wonderful spa and pool, two great golf courses and very friendly staff. On site dining is OK, not exceptional, although Bob's Steak House is highly rated. Very nice rooms tastefully furnished, very comfortable beds. My only complaint is that we didn't get sun on our deck at all. Next time I will request a room that gets morning sun.

Everyone was committed to giving excellent service, from the staff in the Sports bar to the guys in the Pro shop. I have to return to this resort!!!
