“Ups and Downs”
The room itself was fairly comfortable and well decorated so as not to feel stark and unwelcoming. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. The big downside was the wifi. It did not work in my room the two nights I was there. I had to go to the lobby in order to skype my wife. Also, the phone's long distance feature was not working and the alarm clock did not work either.
“Good stay for the money”
The room was clean and attractive. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable. Maid service was poor for a three-day stay.
“Would return”
Large, clean, comfortable rooms in an older motel near University of Arizona. Pleasant staff. No ice machines, but ice available at the front desk. Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Pool and hot tub. Reasonable complementary breakfast. Poor neighborhood and panhandlers etc., but the property is fenced in and safe.
“Great proximity to U of A”
Great proximity to U of A. Older motel, but rooms have been recently remodeled, are clean and a great value.
“we were very happy with every thing!!!!”
From Check in to check out every thing was great.Room was beautifu & comfortable.Breakfast was very good. Great experiance!!
“good value for the price”
Our room was clean and updated and included a mini fridge, micorwave, iron & board, and blow dryer. The sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the pool area could use some work, as the water was a little green and the hot tub was out of order (it was over 100 degrees so not really an issue). Overall I felt it was a great value for the price that we paid.
“Great benefits for low, low cost”
Room was clean and very comfortable. Yes, you only get 1 bar of soap and minimal towels - but the front desk will bring more and even had free samples of toothpaste and lotion in the lobby. Typical continental FREE breakfast - nothing special, but its the same in all low-cost hotels that offer free breakfast. Internet worked great, lots of TV channels, nice microwave and fridge, great pillows. Couldn't ask for much more given the price.
“Good Value for the money”
The rooms of this hotel have recently been redone so they are very nice for a hotel in this price point. The internet did not work much at all, and they were having trouble with the hot water when we were there. I would stay there again and give them another chance. They need to update the breakfast room soon. The carpet in there was in horrible condition.
“Third time is not the charm”
Bathroom floor was filthy. Fixture fell out of the bathroom ceiling. No hot water. This was my third stay here. It will sadly have to be my last.
“Needs Complete Renovation!”
The pool was cloudy and dirty. The spa pool was broken and green with mold. The second floor catwalk was bending, loose, and dangerous! Try taking showers for 3 people with only 1 bar of soap. The breakfast should be entitled, "Just add water", and the coffee ran out. Glad we only stayed 1 night!
