“Pleasantly surprised”

This was a great room for the price. It was comfortable and clean and had a fridge and microwave in the room. The pool was also nice.

“Just what you pay for.”

Good spot to spend one or two nights, specially if you have some business at the University of Arizona. It is like a 20 minute walk to campus. Good internet connection, too.

“It was small, but suited my need.”

If I can't comment on the price differential then I have no comment.

“Good value. Clean Rooms.”

Overall a good deal for short stay. Rooms are clean. The breakfast is not breakfast: it is coffee, juice, and sweet roles served in the front office. Female owner/Operator not very friendly and wanted to charge extra for a non-smoking room. Male owner very friendly and good customer service. Avoid the woman!

“No problems”

I was visiting UA as a prospective grad student, so I needed a cheap, close-by place to stay. The room was very clean, with new AC and bathroom fixtures. It was also fairly quiet for its location. Housekeeping came by every day. Wireless internet was pretty quick, too. Its close enough to UA to walk comfortably, but a car would be required for a stay longer than a few days (I didn't find anything other than fast-food right nearby, etc) I would go back, for sure.

“Good Value”

The room was clean and comfortable and a good value. I did not spend any time in the room, except to sleep. I would stay here again.

“Cheap Hotel”

If you want to stay in a cheap Hotel hotel just for a couple of night then I can recommend this Hotel. It's not a very good hotel and there is not much to do in the Hotel but it's ok if you just want to stay at nicht and be ouside all day anyways. The room was very clean and the hotel owners were very kind.
