It was ok.

I only stayed one night. Facility didnt have up to date appliances. There were patches on the walls and in the tub that were noticable. Pillows were comfortable but the mattresses were too firm for me.

Poor Upkeep of bathroom.

Posted Feb 11, 2015
Pros: Management were kind and considerate. Offered a different room.
Cons: Spend money to update bathroom plumbing.
Location: Close to parts of annual mineral show.
Light switch does not control lights. Have to feel for light switches on individual fixtures at night. Bathroom fixtures worn out, no control on shower water temperature. Toilet does not flush, cleaning staff do not clean toilet.

Gross and dirty

Posted Feb 9, 2015
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
The room was dirty and had a funky smell. I took the sheets off the bed to check for bugs prior to getting on. I have never stayed in a room that was so nasty. I would have almost rather slept in the car.

Ehhh

The front desk guy was very nice along with the staff. It was not one of a few places I found in Tucson tht was available on short notice and allowed pets which I needed cause I have a small dog. But the room was not very clean at all, feel that the sheets and pillow cases where not washes from the precious people that stayed in he room and it just could have used a good scrub down. If the room was cleaner then it would have been a good stay but because it was not clean at all I probably won't be going back.

Comfortable, convenient location

Pros: David and Vinya were very helpful and friendly.
Location: African restaurant (Zemam's Two) and vegan restaurant (The Tasteful Kitchen) are in walking distance.
Close to the University of Arizona. We stayed two nights. The inn has a swimming pool, but it was a bit too chilly to use it.

No frills, but clean

Posted Dec 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
The Stone Inn is in desperate need of some remodeling and updating but it was clean and sufficient for a one night stay. Offered full size refrigerator and microwave. No in room coffee and few amenities. They do allow pets and do have extended stay options. Quiet where we were in a building towards the back. Do not recommend staying here if you are expecting any luxuries. Basic accommodations.

Nice hotel for a good price

I found what I expected (my expectations were based on the hotel description in the internet). Good place to stay during conference.
