“Old but comfy”

The hotel exterior has a 70s look that is alarming at the beginning. The facilities and decoration is old. However, my room was very comfortable and big. It was one of most economic hotels in the area and I would stay there again.

“Great, Large room”

Overall, it was a great hotel and very large. However, I was very disappointed with the bathroom being very dirty. It was not properly cleaned.

“Good value”

I felt that the room was a good value for the price. It was large and clean, although a little dark (1st floor, somewhat dim lightbulbs). Only problem was probably related to room location. The free wireless internet connection only worked from the living room, not the bedroom. But my ATT cellphone only worked from the bedroom, not the living room. Also, the included breakfast was adequate, but the dining area relied heavily on natural light, which wasn't there at a 6am breakfast. Very dark. But the location was exactly where I wanted, and the price was reasonable. I would stay there again without hesitation.

“Buffet needs attention”

The price was reasonable. However, we were very unhappy with the buffet. There were very few choices, and the food was cold. Only one chef was available at the grill, and the customers were unhappy with the long wait. We always have stayed at the Viscount in the past.

“okay but not great”

hotel under construction. dirty pool. wanted to charge $40 to rent a dvd player. stains on floor. cleaning service did not come until after 3pm. will not stay again.

“Average”

I would say the hotel was satisfactory, but not great. Housekeeping did not clean our room 2 of the 4 days we stayed there. The beds were comfortable however so it was an okay place to rest.

“omk for the money”

Awesome free breakfast. Great location,safe area. For the price it is a good hotel deal. The rooms are clean, very large, but also VERY worn and old. Lighting was poor. Beds and pillows were great.

“Would not go back!”

The sheets and Bed Spread were stained,the room was in need of repair. They obviously don't care much about maintanence. The breakfast was good. I would not go back however. It looks like it was once an Embassy Suites but they sold it. There were better hotels for the price that were NOT listed on Expedia!

“Bad Customer Service”

Rooms are nice and large. Restaurant service was good. Front desk was very rude and unfriendly. Will not go back.
