Good hotel for the value!!!Posted May 24, 2015
Just spent 5 nights at the Viscount for a high school graduation. You can't beat the value of this place!!! The facility is slightly outdated and could use a facelift but the potential is there.

Disappointed!Posted May 18, 2015
Pros: The in room coffee.
Curb appeal is very nice but once you walk in that is all taken away! For a busy U of A graduation there was only 1 person behind the desk to check in. He was on the phone for what seemed like forever. Not once did he look up to acknowledge the waiting guest. My room was clean but in desperate need of an update! Old bedding, towels, tube TV and a refrigerator that made weird sounds! The "Happy Hour" was a joke. Chips and Salsa...... they were stale! The discounted drink choices were such a disappointed. Only offering two lite-beers....house "cheep" wine and well drinks that really did NOT include many choices. The gift shop had an open sign on the door but it was always locked. The front desk staff, of 1 person, was the one with the key and they were always to busy to open the door. Trying to check out, again I found only 1 person behind the desk.! She was busy taking care of a person trying to CHECK-IN at 10:30 in the morning when check in time is 3:00pm. I would NOT recommend this hotel!

Great value and experiencePosted May 7, 2015
Pros: Spacious suite. Well appointed. Free breakfast was a hearty offering. Friendly staff.
It is difficult to beat this hotel for the value. A full suite plus generous breakfast in the price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It also was so nice that they were pet friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated our stay.

Dog friendly and all rooms are suites!Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: Dog friendly and breakfast was very good. Rooms were very clean. Fresh fruit at desk at check in and chilled water with fruit in Lobby.
Cons: Earlier check in than 3 pm. It is like you are not even there 24 hours check in a 3 and out by 12.I think all Hotels should give you 24 hours.
Location: I would stay here again.
Our room was clean and the 1,2 floor are dog friendly. We had to visit Tucson because we had a family member in the Hospital.
