Stayed for 1 night. Rooms were clean comfortable. Breakfast was lacking. We went to eat right after breakfast opened and there was sausage and breads. No coffee, no water. Just juice.

We didn’t like having to park behind the hotel which didn’t seem very safe! Also, no elevator and we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. Then the key they gave us didn’t work so I had to go back downstairs to have it reprogrammed. It still took several tries before it worked the 2nd time. The only good thing was the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Room was clean & serviceable; however, the door locks did not work most of the time. Reserved 2 rooms on Expedia, but staff said we only had 1 room. Even after showing proof we reserved & paid for 2 rooms via Expedia, they made me pay again to get the 2nd room!!! I'll need to get a refund for the 2nd room.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice the room was. At night it looks sketchy but in the day not bad. The property runs along the 40. I would stay there again if in the area.

It says a lot when they have a model of the door mechanism in the office so you can try your key to make sure it works. When we arrived, I joked about it. It was no joke. About four other groups arrived at the same time as us, and EVERY ONE OF THEM had a problem with their key and had to get it fixed. The electronic locks were not reading the keys. It was a major turn-off to the place. The room itself was fine, I guess. Nothing special and definitely not great, either. Don't get excited that there is free breakfast. There's a sign in the office/breakfast area that says, "We suggest that you take your breakfast back to your room." Yikes. The food offered was adequate, at best, and abysmal for a $100/night hotel. We ended up going to the Circle K across the street because there were better options there. While we were driving, I told my wife to find a place and this is the one she picked. She regretted the choice immediately when we got to the property. Should've just stayed at the Super 8 down the road--half the price of this dump and a much better room, bed, and breakfast.

For the price, this is a fine property. Basic room, basic breakfast, basic service. Dining in the area is very limited. It's fine as an overnight stopping place. Request an upstairs room unless you like hearing the floor squeaking every time someone upstairs walks around.

The girl at the desk was very rude to us and called me a liar!! We arrived around 9:30pm after a 10 hour drive from Phoenix. I tried to call 3 times to let them know we would be a little later than expected and remind them we have my service dog and I need to be on the first floor. They did not answer. When we arrived she put us on the second floor, there are no elevators and my husband explained I cannot make steps. She said there is nothing she can do and that there are no notes stating I’m disabled and need a first floor. My husband came to tell me and I asked him to ask for a refund since I can’t get to the room. She said she was charging us a $25 fee because we are canceling so late. My husband said my wife tried to call but nobody answered so she is going to call you now, answer. I call- she answers. She proceeds to call me a liar saying she’s been there answering calls all night since 5pm I said I can send my husband back in with my call log showing I called at 7pm, 9:15 and 9:17. She then said she was checking people in and on calls at that time. But she was still charging me the fee. I said who is the manager she said BJ I said you leave him a note that I will be calling in the morning after I get off the phone with the ADA!! That they were discriminating against me and charging me $25 because I had to go to a different hotel because they couldn’t accommodate me.

Property is not in good shape. Doors don’t shut, it’s deteriorating. Ice bucket in our room was dirty, obviously not cleaned or replaced. Other than that it was adequate and overall ok. Breakfast was ok. Muffins were dried out and hard. Waffles were good.

The room has been updated, and the bed was comfortable. However the refrigerator was dead. We had to take our food back out to the car to stay cold. It was noisy next to the interstate and loud neighbors.

I had reservation from Expedia for a king bed room for $85.54. But because there wasn’t a room we book available, they charge me a extra $10. For our room. I don’t understand if my room was reserved and confirmed I shouldn’t had to paid extra even they had to substitute a two bed room for us.

The morning staff person didn’t wipe down the breakfast tables between guests. In such a small space, with only three tables, and her sitting only six feet away, that was ridiculous and not hygienic.

No one was at the front desk to check us in and we called all of the numbers that were available at the front desk but no one answered. A front desk clerk later told us. It was due to shift change, but in my opinion, that's something management should have covered.

Neither of our key cards worked so got them reset. One card then worked once so we didn’t dare leave our again to in case we couldn’t get back in. As soon as we got to bed the people in the room above us started moving around & were extremely noisy. This went on until they left at 4:30. Food area was small & congested & didn’t look very clean. Sorry to say I’d never recommend this motel to anyone else.
