Friendly helpfull receptionist. Public areas nice. Room service hit snd miss one day put sign out, came back sign gone room not done. If not going to do coffee mugs and glasswate then privide dish liquid etc do you can do it yourself. No secuirty on doors as anyone can access any floor.
