Nice hotel for the price

Needed a room for a few weeks and couldn't pay a lot. I was greeted with a smile and the staff worked with my financial issues. Very friendly staff and when I had an issue with a noisy A/C, they quickly moved me to a better room. Yes, the hotel needs updating, but everything worked and it was a relief to have a hotel where the staff cared about my needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tullahoma!

Terrible place.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Some decent restaurants nearby.
Booked this on Expedia where you don't know the name until booked. Obviously this is the only way this hotel can get guests. The room we had smelt musty and looked dirty. The bathroom items were stained. The sheets and blankets had cigarette holes burnt in. The wardrobe had a damaged wall poorly cover with some plaster board which didn't fit. Overall the room was far removed what I consider to be Executive. Don't stay there!!!

Truly Awful. reserved for 3 nights, needed ground floor. 2 nights then had to move upstairs. 1st room was not very clean, tub was clogged, no coffee or coffee maker, after 2nd night went to find out new room #, was told oh, you dont have to move, i was jazzed till i got in that night and my room door would not open, so had to move up stairs (no elevator, bad back) 2nd room had to clean someone elses hair out of the bath tub drain. first room had to clean the microwave and fridge top before using. no bulb in lamp by bed. once i got bulb in it would not shut off, had to unscrew hot bulb. would have gone somewhere else after 1st night, but all the hotels were full except the one that looked like meth addicts lived in. found room at another Inn after events in town were over, what a relief! also no shower curtain liners, weird cloth kept sticking to me after i cleaned the tub. 2nd room had no plugins for my laptop, had to put my laptop on the sink to plug into hair dryer outlet plugin. fooey
