“No sleep here!”

If you like a hard bed, this is the place to stay! I'm not talking firm! I mean like sleeping on the floor hard! The pool was advertised as heated but was closed for the season on our stay Sept. 17, 2011. The AC in the second room I booked didn't cool very well so they sweated while they tossed and turned on the slabs.

“nothing exciting”

we were excited because we wanted a jacuzzi room for a cheap price on our wedding night because we werent leaving for our honeymoon for another week..found this place thought it would be fine..it wasnt bad..nice big room..bed was sooooo hard..woke up with a back ache..then they had these list of rules for the room which some of them were ridiculous...but it was an alright stay..nothing exciting..

“Very impressed”

We were extemely satisfied and will make this hotel a permanent choice for furture travels. Everything was great and we thank all involved in ensuring such a grand stay.

Area recommendations

We were in Broken Arrow for a graduation and the Best Western Inn was directly down the street from the Rherma Bible College.

Getting around

Getting around was a breeze for the hotel is centrally located off a main road which leads to everywhere a person would like to travel too. The shopping centers and food outlets and restaruants were close by.

Shopping

Very convenient location; a small shopping center was directly behind the hotel and there were plenty of convience stores surrounding the hotel. The main highway lead to the main shopping center.

“Convenient but lacks creature comfort.”

We attended a conference in Broken Arrow and the hotel was conveniently located. The hotel looked tired and there was strong smell of cigarette smoke in the passage ways. We had to buy some air freshener for the room to mask the smell of body odour that was in it. The hotel staff were wonderful and kind and very helpful.
