good location to do business from

Posted Nov 3, 2014
Pros: location
Cons: fix adjustable comfort bed
Location: Tulsa is small enough that everything is accessible.
Overall, this place is fine. Its not fancy neither is it unclean. The staff were up front friendly and courteous. The shuttle for the airport is always available during flight hours. The hotel is close enough to walk to from the airport if you had to and weather is not inclement. Very reasonable, breakfast is supplied buffet style and is adequate. Has a small sports bar that provides a place for relaxing. Small workout spa and outdoor pool. I would stay there again. The room I occupied has an adjustable (sleep number) bed but it did not work, but it slept fine. Rooms are not spacious but very adequate as place to work from. Was quiet even though so close to the airport.

Great staff- terrible beds!

Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: Delicious breakfast! Nice, friendly staff!
Cons: The bed controllers need to be working properly. A stiff bed makes for a stiff neck and back and a sleepless night.
Location: Tulsa International Airport- Tulsa State Fair was 10 minutes away.
My bed was a sleep number and the controller was broken! So, I was stuck with a ROCK HARD bed! My neck is still hurting tow days later and I couldn't sleep on the night of my stay. The staff were super sweet and the breakfast was delicious!

Convenient but not quite comfortable

Posted Aug 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
I needed to stay close to the airport so this location was perfect. The lobby and front area were fine, but the room was lacking. The bathroom door was so hard to open that I got trapped inside and someone had to beat it repeatedly to get me out. There was also used towels still hanging in the shower, and the room just looked generally old and unkept. Bed was fine for one night, but I wouldn't choose this for any type of trip other than airport necessity.

Find another

Though close to the airport, the Clarion shoud not be your first choice for an overnight stay. The hotel itself seems tired. Shower tiles had been painted over but the paint is flaking; caulking around the tub was cracked and blackening. Bed was only so-so. The worst part, though, was the shuttle. I dropped my rental car the evening before a 6AM flight and called the hotel for a shuttle ride so I could check in. "5 minutes, " they said. 15 minutes later, no shuttle. Call again. No apology, just "watch for the shuttle that says Hilton Garden Inn." (Makes perfect sense). 20 minutes later, no shuttle. Call again. Shuttle finally comes 50 minutes after my first call. 2 minute ride - I could have walked it in 10 minutes! At check-in, only one computer was working. Again, no apology about the shuttle. Bottom line: avoid.

Pros: Location to the Tulsa Airport
Cons: Rethink those loud window air conditioners and redirect the air flow so that they don't blow cold air directly at the bed. Expand the food service.
Location: Location is great if you are needing to get to the Tulsa Airport early the next day.
The location next to the Tulsa airport could not be better (as I was flying out the next morning) and the staff were helpful in wanting to please me as a customer. However this was offset by the fact I was on the second floor and the second floor hallways were so hot as to be uncomfortable. The individual rooms did have air conditioning but the arragement of the windor air conditioner was such that the cold air blew directly on the bed and was very loud. I could not redirect the air flow and the noise of the air conditioner kept waking me up. The food service was limited I felt.
