Nice Hotel in Tulsa, OK

Pros: The breakfast.
Cons: Later check out time.
Location: Good location. Everything was within a short distance. Fair, shopping, and eating.
The staff was welcoming. The complimentary cookie was delicious. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was filling. I just wish we would have had more time to enjoy the pool and fitness room.

Nice hotel and friendly staff

Pros: The location worked well for our family.
Cons: The hotel was just underew management and the air condition in our room didn't work but they were quick to give us another room. Very pleased.
Location: We ate at the spaghetti warehouse and liked it. Other than that we were just getting together with family so we visited the mall.
Joy and Josh at the front desk are a true complement to the hotel. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Not only did the respond quickly to our needs and concerns but did it kindly and professionally. I don't think I have ever had such outstanding customer service. Thanks for making our stay pleasant. I would come back.

Decent hotel for the money.

I was disappointed that our room was NOT cleaned every day. We would get to the hotel between 12 and 1am every nite and leave early the next morning. Most nites we even had to get more towels. Mostly, we were highly upset when we had a long, grueling day and come to the hotel to find our beds untouched and towels still laying on the bathroom floor :(

nice hotel close to family

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room, as well as a fridge/freezer and microwave. An infant crib was provided at no extra cost. My kids loved the waffle breakfast and being able to go down late at night for complementary hot chocolate and cookies. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Tulsa!

The service was excellent, the room was comfy. Hotels.Com showed us staying in a king suite but we were booked in a king room, not suite, and there were no more king suites left. The front desk clerk moved us to a junior suite and didn't up charge us, I think partly because the pool wasn't working. We wanted a pool, but found other are attractions to do. The breakfast was awesome! Waffles, sausage, biscuits, eggs, cereal, and pastries.

Tulsa Expo Center Event

The hotel location was GREAT for an event at the Expo Center. The surrounding area was not very nice, several lower-end type businesses nearby. The hotel stafff was very friendly and courteous. The building is dated. The furniture in the room was worn completely out! There were stains on the carpet. Pool was broken. I probably will not stay there again unless they do a remodel and replace the furniture.
