“Clean but outdated”

Our room was clean and comfortable, but very old-looking and bathroom needed work. Carpet was very worn and bathroom tiles, cracked. Sufficient, but nothing spectacular.

“Worst Hotel I've ever stayed at.”

The hotel was in disrepair. Everyone was walking around smoking in the open air. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

“Not nice at all”

It smelled bad in different ways in every area. There was an open drain when you got off the elevator. There were strange spots and a chemical smell in the shower and a thick layer of dust on the complimentary coffee packet. I was too scared to try the complimentary breakfast after seeing the room. The smell of fresh paint was the best smell in the whole hotel.

“Not impressed at all”

Staff was not available at check in, had to wait 35 minutes. First room given to us, was not clean, heater didn't work & the comforter on the bed had burn marks on it.
