Disappointing.

Posted Aug 12, 2014
Cons: Cleaning the rooms daily. Making sure that the rooms are stocked with enough towels. Keeping the restaurant clean.
One of the reasons that I chose the hotel was because of the claim that the room would have deep soaking tub, the picture showed an inset of a raised tub surrounded by marble ledges. My tub however was a standard shallow tub.. The tub facet dripped all night. The toilette ran. There were not enough towels when we got there Friday night. Then the room was not cleaned at all on Saturday so no clean towels, bed not made, sink not cleaned, trash not emptied, etc. I called the front desk when I returned from activities Saturday to inquire why it had not been cleaned and the answer was "I don't know why, but housekeeping is gone for the day" that was at 3pm. They did send towels up when we asked at least. Also, when going for breakfast, there were 2 tables seated with guests, one a large party the other a party of 2. However, every other table in the restaurant was dirty with dishes and spills. We sat at one, wiped the top ourselves, but not a single one of the dirty tables were cleaned while we sat and completed our breakfast.

Nice hotel downtown Tulsa

Posted Jul 8, 2014
Right off the bat took a shower and water would barely drain called and reported took 4 hours before they fixed the problem. Rooms though clean and roomy but walls are paper then could hear talking, TV, and sound of people peeing in the bathroom above. But the Bloody Marys at the bar are great and the cream cheese cake is delicious.

Room is very clean and comfortable with a view of the downtown. The front desk staff is very friendly. We had a good time appreciating the firework from the roof of its parking garage on July 4. I definitely would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Wonderful weekend

Posted Jul 7, 2014
The hotel has a nice indoor pool and free computer use near the main lobby although the internet was a bit slow. The free cookies are great and the room was very nicely decorated and very clean. Also nice views and great beds. I did not like the door to the closet since it often got in the way when accessing the sink and bathroom.

Checked in very late. Staff was very helpful and extended our checkout time. Even the cleaning staff was cheerful and greeted us when in the hallway.

Not what I would expect from a Downtown location

Posted May 30, 2014
Pros: Price
Cons: Bar and restaurant wait staff could use some coaching on hospitality
Location: Not much
I have stayed at the Doubletree at Warren Place and would recommend that one over this location primarily due to the area and staff. The front desk personnel are pleasant and polite but the wait staff in the bar and restaurant could definitely use some coaching on courtesy and warmth. The rooms are pretty standard for a Hilton property although I'm a little confused about how I was placed on the 8th floor when the 10th-12th floors were marked HiltonHonors of which I am a silver member? The area was probably the most disappointing....it was pretty much a ghost town where we were. When you did see people they were asleep on the street (if you know what I mean)....and the restaurant that we went to closed at 9! I know it was a Wednesday night but that's pretty early even for then. Overall I would say that Warren Place is a much better experience for the money.

Decent Hotel

Cons: Parking
Parking is a little confusing and you have to pay ten extra dollars. Good customer service. Had some loud guests that kept me up all night despite the fact that security had to talk to them. Had to have maintenance come and unclog the bath tub so I could take a shower. Pool area is nice.
