The Property is run down from the entrance; entrance door dragging so doesn't close all the way. Our room was overall clean but bathroom leaking water down the wall behind toilet. They offered to exchange rooms but we were afraid we'd get something worse; they gave us a big towel and we used big towel but the water eventually soaked up the towel. Breakfast was delicious. Asan the person that checked us in didn't understand English so we had trouble finding the hotel but finally we got there. Nevertheless, Asan was helpful but as I said, he doesn't understand English, so we Also had a slight challenge checking in. The hotel was smelling evidently from water damage because there were fans in the hallway. Very Rundown.. website pictures are deceiving. I will not come back or recommend because it's really run down. It's however is a go local for shopping and eating

During our check in there was no one at the desk. We waited 15 mins before someone came to check us in. The tub in our room did not drained well. Close to woodland mall and all other shopping stores as well as restaurants nearby. Overall it was a decent stay for the price. Would not mind staying here again.

There was some kind of flood or water damage in the hall carpet and they had a few fans blowing it...there was also an overwhelming smell of chlorine in front of our door in the hall.

Check in and check out was smooth. Location wasnt bad (about 13 mins from the airport) and there were a number of places to eat within walking distance (Black bear diner and outback steakhouse are both in the same lot as the hotel). True to some of the negative reviews there was a strong smell of chlorine or bleach throughout the hotel. Our room was clean and everything worked, except for the entry light and the ironing board (would not lock into place). The bedding looked clean and smelled fresh. There was a white film on a good portion of the windows which made them difficult to see out of. Not a big deal there at all unless you want to gaze out into the parking lot. All in all it was quiet and comfortable for our entire 2 night stay. I would stay there again for a short stay of 2 nights or less, but for anything longer I'd probably spend more for another hotel.

The hotel was pretty dirty the first room I stayed in had a big leak, I guess from the AC unit that only got worse had to change rooms only had a double queen, which was no big deal there, but the light in the bathroom was out told desk workers and it was never addressed. I stayed in this hotel last year and it was nowhere near as bad they have a lot of work to do.

Outside of property looks very unkept and rundown. Carpet in common areas was work through with holes and stained. Ceiling tiles were missing with wires hanging down, elevator lights were full of bugs and mold. Maybe they are in the process of starting a remodel because all of the baseboards were pulled up. I’ve never been to a Wyndham property that looked so bad. Front desk host was polite and helpful. They only gave us one key and said we could not get two because they were out of keys. At least the bedding seemed to be clean.

Terrible, the room smelled of mildew the carpet throughout the hall way is soaked. Stains everywhere, no remote in the room for the TV, no coffe tray to actually make coffee with the provided coffee machine, chair is missing a wheel, mini fridge has mold inside it, the ac unit is disgusting and dirty which is probably why the entire room smells of mildew. I do not recommend this place at all and I will not be staying here again. I will say this the cleaning ladies are very nice and it is not their fault they provided towels when needed and cleaned as best they can. The female who checked me in on 09/16/2023 around 2:30 also gave me the wrong Wi-Fi and she probably put me in one of their worst rooms on purpose because I specifically asked for a cleaner room.

The absolute worst mattress i have ever attempted to sleep on. If they try to put you in room 118, refuse to take it. You will hate yourself when you get into bed. Zero support and completely worn out.

The pictures are not as it looks. The lady at the front desk lnd. I believe her name is was a hateful lady. The pool was not heated and was very cold. They have cameras everywhere, and made us feel very scared.

First room, the toilet was disgusting (dried urine and pubes on the seat) and was clogged. Second room was also very dirty, toilet also clearly hadn't been cleaned. Tub faucet was turned sideways. TV remote was sticky. Air conditioner didn't work. Notes left around the room, under towels, and on top of the headboard by a previous guest or maybe a disgruntled employee. I don't know if they have a member of their cleaning staff that's just lazy or if they're disgruntled and trying to sabotage the business, but management clearly doesn't care.
