Tulsa weekend

All was good except we stayed on the 4th floor and there was an odor maybe formerly a smoking floor I don't know.

Tiny room, tiny pillows

Pros: Good location for us, nice staff, clean.
Cons: Bed, room size,
Location: Location was near the highway and made it easy to get around Tulsa.
This is generally a nice enough hotel but we were disappointed at how the small the room was. I've stayed in Garden Inn's before and the rooms were larger. Also, we were disappointed with the bed. The pillows looked the size of sofa decorative pillows and when my wife and I got into the bed we both rolled into the sunken middle of the mattress. Definitely they need some newer mattresses. We also thought the breakfast buffet didn't look very appetizing for the $11 price tag. Decided if we were going to shell out dollars we'd go somewhere else and order breakfast.

Dirty used sheets on bed the first nite

Pros: Not much, seemed that the staff accepted the dirty room and offered free nites to make me happy.
Cons: New cleaning crew
Location: Business stay, glose by was NOT a factor.
No hand soap or shampoo in bathroom, second nite. Cleaning crew seemed lazy and like they hated their jobs. No sense of importance about my need for a clean room. Just NOT acceptable for a HILTON property.

Cons: Mattress seemed a little worn dipped in center
This is one of the most consistantly good hotels in Tulsa. We truly relax here - good staff and facility very clean. Love the new aroma in the building, clean and refreshing smelling almost tropical. Really enhances the ambiance.

I reserved my rooms through expedia. Upon our arrival, there were only two rooms available even though I had pre paid for three. Only one room was available in the hotel which was a smoking room. The manager gave me thesmoking room for one night and a non smoking room for the next night and gave them to me for the expedia price.
